Am reaching out to you hopefully you can help - wrong information was gave to me with jump on demand plan - I went through the 18 month cycle - I was still charged a early termination fee - Tmobile expert stated that there will not be fluctuation on my bill - Supervisor told me just because the wrong info was gave to me doesnt mean we credit your account for our mistakes - she noted the account that there was a 100 dollar credit given (that was rebate promotion not her doing) - there not holding there team accountable - I was charged 3 different sales tax on one trade in - stuck with a 700 dollar bill after rebate and supervisor told me they gave me a 60 dollar credit for courtesy because I have been a loyal member - her team needs some soft skill development courses (My account need a credit of 328.00 due too the hassle and incorrect information given to me multiple times)
T-Mobile lies
I absolutely had the wrong information about trade-in phones. Wanted to pay cash for both of our phones, my son and mine. Was told I was getting $250 from my trade-in then when I looked at my paperwork online turned out to be $70 and they used my $944 as a down payment and finance the rest My Son got pretty much nothing for his phone or trade-in. My plan was changed even financed screensaver and case for My Son so to say the least when my phone arrived at my house late, of course I returned it without even opening the box and went to Apple and got my military Apple discount. I am seriously thinking about switching companies been with them over 20 something years was with Sprint never had this problem before I don’t like being lied to the store was at beach and Hodges Jacksonville, Florida. Then my service as far as Wi-Fi bars, cellular connection goes from 2, 1, to 0 bars worst service ever.
I try to use my Apple Watch Ultra in Saudi Arabia.
After several calls and test and more, still not able to use alone the Apple Watch… I have international plans and the phone works well also in many different countries, active the watch subscription on my plan. The watch works well with other operators, so himself its ok. Any suggestions to make works with TMobile? tks
trying to have two phone with the same phone number
hey guys im trying to have a flip phone for the weekdays and an iphone on weekends but my phone has an esim which means i cant change without going to t-mobile all the time, would i be able to do this using the DIGTS app? how would that work? are there any other methods that could work! please help
