Did not pay off Verizon as Promised
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Back in March, my husband and I decided to switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. We figured it’d be way better spending $160/mon than over $320 a month for both our lines combined. My husband and I were on separate plans at that time. I was told that I’d get up to $600 trade-in credit for my phone AND, if I sent my final bill in to T-Mobile, they’d pay off my remaining balance in the form of a gift card (electronic). Well, I never received any follow-up letters or an email from T-mobile stating that I had been credited. First, they will only give me like $100 for my LG wing, which was new, no more than a year ago (so much for $600). Now, My final bill for Verizon was over $500 - they didn’t cover but half of it, so I still am out of pocket when i told them I wasn’t switching over unless they could guarantee they’d pay off my full final bill and they said there’d be no problem. On top of that, we live in the middle of the city. My husband works in the city, and very rarely do we have full bars. Maybe 1-2, even though the coverage map states we should have full coverage. 5X better than Verizon, yeah right. I almost wish I hadn’t switched to T-Mobile at this point. PUtting me in a negative financial situation after being promised I wouldn’t be and after clearly explaining to the Verizon rep that I needed them to pay off my full Verizon bill because I wouldn’t have the money to pay them over $300 and also pay my new T-mobile bill. What the hell am I to do?LKadavy54 seconds agoNewbie Caller2.6KViews2likes11CommentsPhone number not showing up in usage

I got sucked into the 5g internet after having horrid experience with overpriced AT&T. I live 80 feet from the TMobile cell in an urban area. I've had repeated loss of signal and buffering since Dec '24. I recently replaced the Gateway (to hell) and still suffer from the same issues. And after pointing the Gateway directly at the cell tower by tech insisting this will resolve signal issues. Anyone stating they haven't had issues must be a paid employee of T-MOBILE posting to keep their job or bucking for promotion to store assistant manager.keng10 hours agoNewbie Caller114Views0likes1CommentLatest!! Just got this watch for my son this week, and immediately after pairing it won't send any text messages including the 'Help' function. Outgoing and incoming calls are fine, and incoming texts too but the responses are not received by the contacts. Tmobile tells me this is a known issue with no resolution. Anyone else having similar issues?rmasn15 hours agoVisitor17Views0likes0Commentsband 2.4GHz and 5GHz

Magenta Military plan ( new rate increase)?
They raised my watch rate by $2 few months ago from $10 to $12. Now got a text saying they will increase my rate by $5 a line for my 3 voice lines. I didn't want the increase so I offered to cancel one of my voice line to save $15 rate increase on my plan. I was paying $102 a month for 3 voice lines and one watch line including tax. Due to new rate increase warning, I just switched to the GO5G MILITARY for 2 voice lines and one watch line for $102 a month including tax. Later I looked at PRICE LOCK terms and it shows Military Plan as the ones that qualifies with price lock guarantee. Did Tmobile deceive me? Shouldn't my original MAGENTA MILITARY PLAN be PRICE LOCKED without increase? Thankstmobiler24 hours agoRoaming Rookie654Views0likes3Comments
