Tmobile is the worst company doing business today
Tmobile is the worst company doing business today. Not just compared to other cell companies, actually compared to any other company out there today, they are the worst! They have the worst service. Your better off using 2 cans and a string than using their service. The worst customer service possible. The most ignorant people god ever put on the face of this earth. Even up to the top level executives, not one person knows what they are doing. I urge people to stay away from Tmobile. I don't care if they give you everything free, I would still run,! Do you know how bad a company has to be to make a customer leave them, even when it's free. Could you imagine walking into a car dealership and they say take one of our cars it's free, even the gas. And a customer says no thanks. If someone prefers to walk than drive your car. That's bad. We'll that's tmobile. Absolutely worst service, worst website, worst customer service, worst company!!
T-mobile Promo rebate is a scam
I signed up online for Tmobile 5G internet on Dec 8th. The shipment of the 5G gateway arrived on Dec 10th. Same day, T-mobile started a promo for new 5G internet customers to offer $100 visa prepaid card. I applied for the rebate and it was declined. The Rebate center said my activation date was Dec 9th. How can my activation date be before I receive a gateway? The rebate center won't honor this. Won't even connect with the supervisor. I spend over 2K on annual basis and they don't care.
How to report (properly) poor/non-existent coverage?
According to the T-mobile coverage maps, we have 5G and Ultra 5G coverage in certain areas. However, there's a few spots where literally the iPhone 15 Pro Max shows SOS (meaning ZERO coverage), let alone 4G, etc. Even "better" is when you do get say, 2 bars of 5G UC, and yet you cannot make any calls, internet, etc (for miles). So how does one go about properly reporting these trouble spots to get a T-mobile tech out to the area to confirm/deny/fix?Changes with T-life
Since the change to T-Life as an app, Scam Shield no longer has a number badge in either the Sam Shield App, nor the T-Life app. Are others finding this? I find no new setting and even a hard restart of my iPhone does not help. All notiffications on for both apps and the Scam Shield app worked until this update. And, personally, I find the Scam Shield section of the T-Life app too hard to find. I think important enough it should have been its own tab. Have reported these in to T-Mobile.
Anyone else ready to switch??
I was a SPRINT customer for over 25 years - got absorbed into TMobile when Sprint got bought out. I'm ready to be done. They keep adding new fees - per line, each month! For what? For the crappy customer service I get? I call to ask about these new fees and I'm transferred multiple times, disconnected, and on hold for more than 2 hours. I email - I get no response. There isn't a live chat function, so I really just don't know what to do anymore. I would like to get some account information about transferring my service, but can't seem to get anywhere with customer service. How is everyone else taking this and if you're reaching out and getting a hold of customer service, how are you doing it?
