Changes with T-life
Since the change to T-Life as an app, Scam Shield no longer has a number badge in either the Sam Shield App, nor the T-Life app. Are others finding this? I find no new setting and even a hard restart of my iPhone does not help. All notiffications on for both apps and the Scam Shield app worked until this update. And, personally, I find the Scam Shield section of the T-Life app too hard to find. I think important enough it should have been its own tab. Have reported these in to T-Mobile.rebop246 hours agoTransmission Trainee386Views4likes1CommentHow to report (properly) poor/non-existent coverage?
According to the T-mobile coverage maps, we have 5G and Ultra 5G coverage in certain areas. However, there's a few spots where literally the iPhone 15 Pro Max shows SOS (meaning ZERO coverage), let alone 4G, etc. Even "better" is when you do get say, 2 bars of 5G UC, and yet you cannot make any calls, internet, etc (for miles). So how does one go about properly reporting these trouble spots to get a T-mobile tech out to the area to confirm/deny/fix?mjonis7 hours agoNewbie Caller29Views0likes1CommentAnyone else ready to switch??
I was a SPRINT customer for over 25 years - got absorbed into TMobile when Sprint got bought out. I'm ready to be done. They keep adding new fees - per line, each month! For what? For the crappy customer service I get? I call to ask about these new fees and I'm transferred multiple times, disconnected, and on hold for more than 2 hours. I email - I get no response. There isn't a live chat function, so I really just don't know what to do anymore. I would like to get some account information about transferring my service, but can't seem to get anywhere with customer service. How is everyone else taking this and if you're reaching out and getting a hold of customer service, how are you doing it?BJSinger768 hours agoNetwork Novice203Views0likes3CommentsNo T-Mobile coverage at Universal Orlando's new Epic theme park?
I'm a little surprised, to be honest, that there's apparently no coverage for T-Mobile users for Universal Orlando's new Epic theme park (next to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure). Apparently Verizon and AT&T have coverage there. https://www.reddit.com/r/UniversalOrlando/comments/1k00pqs/epic_universe_cell_service/mjonis10 hours agoNewbie Caller8Views0likes0CommentsHelp with my bill

I recently switched from the KVD21 firmware 1.00.24 to G4SE firmware 1.03.20 and no longer can VPN into my work. I have network connectivity on my other devices and they work just fine. I did see that there have been other customers having the same issue on the G4SE and I'm just wondering if there has been a workaround/fix to the VPN issue on the G4SE. I saw things like changing the MTU on the computers, but that seems to not do anything for me. I called support and we changed the WPA settings but that did not work either. Anyone else encountering this trying to work from home?Pengers11 hours agoNetwork Novice16Views0likes2CommentsStarlink vs Apple Satellite service
Hi, I recently enrolled in the Starlink Beta. I tried it out for the first time on my iPhone 16Pro today at a rural park with no cell coverage. Both the Apple native satellite service, and the Starlink service seemed to be available. How do I force it to choose the Starlink? When the message came up from iOS offering to send messages via satellite, I just dismissed it, believing this would activate Starlink. Is that right? Up on the right hand top corner, I could see a satellite symbol, which I believe is for Starlink. When I tried to send some SMS messages (green on the iPhone), none of them went through. is there any documentation on how this is to be used? Thanks.Solvedkrishkal11 hours agoVisitor53Views1like4CommentsUnable to see connected devices on Home Internet App
I'm having issues being able to see the connected devices through the T-Mobile Home Internet App. Keeps telling me the gateway did not respond and to restart it if the problem persists. I have restarted the modem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once and it still does not work. Does anybody have any resolution to this or has anybody had this issue? It would also be nice to be able to see the devices away from home, but you can only do it if you're connected to the modem, which I thinks sucksphutto7413 hours agoNewbie Caller6.9KViews2likes14Comments- chayoevans14 hours agoVisitor16Views0likes0Comments
