Syncup tracker very low sound
Just got a the tracker and the sound on it is almost non-existent. It is bad enough that the map on the app show it being 100 yards or more away from its location but it also can’t be heard unless you are holding too your ear. Is there any way to turn it up?magenta79549832 hours agoNetwork Novice126Views0likes2CommentsI got charged $50 for my "free" line
T-Mobile customers BEWARE!!! T-Mobile recently announced they are raising their rates on their Price Lock Guaranteed lines by $5 per line. Needless to say, customers are outraged. So T-Mobile decided to smooth some feathers and they began offering a free line to any affected customers. Well, that's what they said anyway. So, since I'd love a free line, earlier this week I contacted them and signed up for a free line. Great deal!!! Then today as I was looking at my T-Mobile account, I saw they added the "free" line for only $50 a month plus taxes and fees!!! So I called and the rep said it was a mistake, I wasn't entitled to a free line, only select accounts qualified and even though I've been a customer for over 20 years, my account wasn't select enough, so they cancelled the "free" line and supposedly are crediting my account for the connection fee I paid for the "free" line. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in T-Mobile. Like I told the rep, they should honor the "free" line their other rep sold me. Seems to me we had a verbal contract. So, beware of T-Mobile's "free" line offer. They just may trick you into buying a paid line "by mistake"!!!hikerguy3 hours agoVisitor11Views0likes0Comments20 Year T-Mobile Customer - Customer Service had become very inadequate, terrible. Rude.
Extremely Poor Customer Support. I will try to be as brief as possible. My family has been with T-Mobile for 20 years. In 2015 I purchased an iPhone 8. With the iPhone 8 I purchased Apple support. Few weeks ago, the battery charger port on my original iPhone 8 failed, and I was send a replacement iPhone by T-Mobile under my extended warranty agreement of 7 years. The replacement iPhone had lots of intermittent issues. After several failed attempts yesterday I replaced my first replacement phone with a second iPhone 8 under my Apple extended warranty through T-Mobile. With the previous phone and the current one I’ve been trying to get assistance with issues with my Apple Watch with connection to my 2nd replacement iPhone When I called for support today, the first rep kept putting me on ’Hold’ the phone and coming back and I’m assuming to either look up or ask someone how to support an Apple product. This was also my previous experience less than a month ago on the original bad iPhone that I was sent by T-Mobile, the customer service rep didn’t have the product knowledge and really wasted my time. So today I went through two service reps the second service rep instead of trying to fix my issue with my Apple Watch. Wanted to sell me another line for $10 for my Apple Watch. After clearly explaining why I was calling this individual ignored that and wanted to sell me a service. Instead of addressing my needs. I requested a supervisor and then after the supervisor, C., Team Coach, being actually kind of rude to me, ask me if I wanted to add a additional line to my watch after I clearly told her why I was calling and why I wanted to speak to her. She just wanted to clarify. The Team Coach kept interrupting me and speaking over me. I hope the conversating was recorded by T-Mobile I was shocked. I’m extremely frustrated. The supervisor continued to interrupt me as I was trying to explain the situation to her and she kept assuring me how good she was with Apple products, but would never be quiet enough long enough for me to get the issue resolved so I finally just hung up. If there’s anyone here, who’s getting ready to switch to another cellular service recommendations are requested. I’m not sure what is happened with T-Mobile’s customer service. I put up with bad cell reception for two decades because of customer service with T-Mobile was excellent. Apparently that’s no longer the case and no longer reason to stay with them. I’ve invested literally thousands of dollars in multiple phones, Apple devices and accessories through T-Mobile. Why do I keep receiving bad iPhone from them? No Q.C.? I guess if you are a legacy customer T-Mobile is no longer concerned about customer retention. T-Mobile will be losing five customers in the next 60 days and I noticed from the comments my family is not the only one leaving T-Mobile, disappointing. Hey everyone, Just wondering if anyone has suggestions or solutions to connect my Android Galaxy A32 to my new microphones Ulanzi J12. I charged and connected the mic's and nothing works. I am assuming that my phone does not have the proper software. Any help would be appreciated. We spent hours with customer service trying to replace the phone of one of the users on my account who was robbed while travelling. No phone - no ID, no credit cards - one would think we could purchase the phone for them to pick up at the local store... nope. The page for the local Los Angeles T-Mobile store has the phone in-stock, as does the online store. When initiating the purchase for the phone online (or T-Life app) and setting "pick-up at that store"... no stock is shown. Not sure if it is a bug or a feature considering the number of related complaints online. 2+ hours of customer T-Mobile customer service, 2 calls with the wrong information provided (stores do not take card information over the phone and can't bill to the account) , and a third to request escalation did not help resolution. The support team hid behind their procedures and verifying the user was an authorized user. No solution. As for the in-store pickup issue, the scripted answer was "it has to be shipped"... brilliant. This can't be the first time someone gets robbed while out of town. An alternate ID verification method would be very useful in this case. Furthermore, if a phone shows "in stock" at a store and the online store offers a pickup-up in store option, one should be able to make the purchase online and complete the activation in-store if necessary. "Deliver to store" which is what customer support described is an entirely different feature. We had to Fedex an ID and cash so they could get a phone using the payment plan to minimize cash outlays; the solution proposed by the store (Kudos to the T-Mobile La Cienega & 4th store). With hindsight, we would have bought the phone in our hometown and Fedexed it - old school. Overall, this purchase was a disastrous customer experience in time for us and T-Mobile.Ollie987 hours agoVisitor32Views0likes1CommentHow Do I Activate Call Forwarding From Online Account?
My charging port is broken so I can't charge my phone and the battery has died. I purchased a prepaid phone to use temporarily while I have my phone fixed. Is there a way to activate call forwarding through the website? Using *72 isn't an option since my phone literally has no charge. I found the Calling Services Page on T-Mobile's site that says you can go to Devices, locate your device, select Calling & Contacts, and then Manage Calls. But I don't see my phone model listed in Devices. I don't want to use Digits either aside from it being for TMobile phones only. The prepaid phone is on another network. Is there another way to accomplish this? Thank you for your help.MsSc19 hours agoVisitor18Views0likes0Comments
