Works Perks program
As a new customer, I am attempting to enroll in the Works Perks program. My employer has an agreement with T-Mobile that provides a discount. I was informed that a link to this program would be available on my profile page, but I am only seeing an option for a military discount and first responder verification. If anyone can assist me with this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.Jla4 hours agoVisitor18Views0likes0CommentsSyncup Tracker 2

Don't recommend this company. My wife signed up because they were having a promotion with a free TV with internet sign up. Was told would ship within 10 weeks. 10 weeks go by so I call customer service. So they say I had to apply for the TV within 30 days of receiving our equipment even though I was told it was shipped. So they lie to get your business. Just another scam from another money hungry corrupt corporation. 😒 Will be finding a honest company to do business with instead of scammers. A company that has to lie to get your bussiness isn't trust worthy in my opinion. Internet is garbage anyway, I literally live less than a hundred yards from a cell tower and my hotspot on my CSpire phone gets higher speeds than this dumpster juice.JoeDirt854 hours agoNewbie Caller75Views0likes2CommentsUnprofessional
My spouse and I switched to T-Mobile last month from our old carrier. The customer service representative incorrectly stated a promotion they were offering. We switched over with the information that we were given and have experienced nothing but absolute problems. T-Mobile verified the information we were given and told us due to what was promised they have to offer it, soon after we started to receive more and more unfulfilled promises. 0 call backs, absolutely rude representatives, and 0 resolution to our issue. Switched back to our old carrier after a month and a half of straight problems. Called today to try and receive a refund for $511 that was out of pocket for a new phone (after being told we would be able to do a trade in; they later proceeded to tell us we are unable to do a trade in with our device due to our specific plan), got told we were not allowed a refund and would have to pay the rest of the device in full. Absolutely ridiculous what we have been through in such a short time with this company, wish we never switched.Mherbert7 hours agoVisitor25Views0likes0CommentsPrice increase
I've been a customer of T-Mobile for over 20 years. I am part of a plan that is grandfathered in. My invoice with multiple lines was typically $205. I purchased several phone devices and committed to a monthly payment plan for each device. This placed me in a monthly rate of roughly $365. I did my very best to pay off every device that had a monthly device plan. In November of 2024 I paid off every device and my monthly play went back to the original of $205. In March 2025 (this month) I received my new invoice of roughly $300 and in addition to that I received a text message that stated ALL T-Mobile plans will now have an increase of $5 per line per month increase. That is a total of $325 plus taxes per month. Somehow someway T-Mobile found a way to increase my monthly plan from the original $205 back to $300+ even while owning all of my devices now. I have multiple conversations with representatives and supervisors inquiring about my rates etc and their excuses range from 'I was receiving a discount while I had my phone devices on a payment plan' and when I paid the devices off...the discount went away. WRONG! My plan was always $205 BEFORE I purchased devices through tmobile and agreed to break down the payments. Then a supervisor named Mark said the text I received regarding the $5 per month per phone line does not apply to me because I am locked in a plan that is grandfathered in. Mark, the supervisor I had my last conversation with on March 13th, 2025 says he will confirm via phone call on Saturday March 15th that my plan will revert to $205 as before and he can assure me the new $5 per month per line does not apply to me. On Saturday March 15th 2025 I received a phone call from Mark and said 'he will not be reverting the plan as discussed' and disconnected the call immediately. He did not allow me to speak. It was an immediate disconnection. My concern is...T-Mobile claims all phone calls are recorded, why or how are the representatives or supervisors able to speak to customers in this false manner? My concern is....how is T-Mobile able to find screw anybody out of their ORIGINAL phone payment agreement once we've dabbled into the agreement of paying for the devices monthly. HUGE MISTAKE. HUGE. I will never ever ever again purchase my phones through T-Mobile EVER AGAIN. I am disgusted at their service. I hope the CEO reads and listens to this post and finds my text messages and calls that were recorded so he can see the representatives that represent the company are a disgrace.Micha9 hours agoVisitor19Views0likes0CommentsBlock a caller by name
When I filed the paperwork in my state, to transfer my late wife's property into my name alone, I got put on some kind or telemarking list for a company that is trying to get me to hire them to fix up our house to sell it. I have been receiving a call from them every week for almost a year. I have tried to get them to stop, by “pressing 1 to speak to a person”, but I just get sent to voicemail. I signed up for Scam Shield, and block their numbers every time, to no avail (yes, I report every call to Scam Shield). I've reported them to the FCC, they are no help. I think it's a computer sitting on some desk in the backroom, using some kind of automatic dialing system and phone number spoofing software, that. Think, debt recovery behavior only to sell stuff to a dead person. The only thing that is consistent is, they use their real company name in the Caller ID. Anyway, is there a way to block a call, or forward a call by name instead of number. It wouldn't be so bad, if they hadn't started doing this because my wife died. My next step it to change numbers, but I’ve had this number since 1999, I’d like to keep it.ARTEST4ECHO10 hours agoVisitor19Views0likes0Commentsunlock iphone right away on call
I switched to a new iphone from iphone 11 about a week ago. The 11 was t-mobile locked. I called contact-us number and waited about 30mins. Got earful of t-life app while waiting. After connected, and verified my account info, the rep was able to unlock my old iphone in a few secs w/o asking my IMEI#. Woohoo, that's was fast!!ChuckL11 hours agoNetwork Novice43Views0likes1CommentT-Life is the worst!
We used to have a very nice, trim, easy to download internet App. It always worked, even when I had <1 gbps, which is 2-3 times a day. Now, we have T-Life... Well I can't say enough bad about it, I'll get censored. So, let's see, I'm having severe internet issues, <1gbps. I know... Let's try to download a giant, password protected, klugy, fat, bloated, ad filled App. Yeah, yeah, that will do it! And if I even get in, the icons don't work... is it the button on top or the red bar at the bottom, or...Both??? Nope... "Something happened...." Please, fire the moron who had the idea to put the internet App into T-Life. Your "system" is still unreliable unless you live, in a treeless desert, all by yourself, 2 miles from an antenna. I have to restart my Gateway 2-3 times a day... ABSURD!123Wiley13 hours agoChannel Chaser53Views0likes1Comment
