T-Life is the worst!
We used to have a very nice, trim, easy to download internet App. It always worked, even when I had <1 gbps, which is 2-3 times a day. Now, we have T-Life... Well I can't say enough bad about it, I'll get censored. So, let's see, I'm having severe internet issues, <1gbps. I know... Let's try to download a giant, password protected, klugy, fat, bloated, ad filled App. Yeah, yeah, that will do it! And if I even get in, the icons don't work... is it the button on top or the red bar at the bottom, or...Both??? Nope... "Something happened...." Please, fire the moron who had the idea to put the internet App into T-Life. Your "system" is still unreliable unless you live, in a treeless desert, all by yourself, 2 miles from an antenna. I have to restart my Gateway 2-3 times a day... ABSURD!123Wiley3 hours agoChannel Chaser22Views0likes1Commentí cant manage my devices on the t-mobile or t-life app for the internet.
I have had T-Mobile home internet for about 2 years now. When I log into the T-Mobile app or the t-Life app I am supposed to be able to manage all my devices that are connected to my home internet but I cannot. It shows that I am connected to the Wi-Fi but it says I have no active devices when I know I do. I have a good signal but I am constantly being kicked off and losing my connection. But even when I do have a good signal and it shows that I'm connected it's still showing me that I have no devices624Views2likes4CommentsT-Mobile Home Internet Review
I have been using T-Mobile Home Internet for a couple of months now. I recently upgraded to the 5G Gateway, which has made my WiFi much better Vs. the LTE Gateway which sucked and had a lot of restrictions. The 5G Gateway is sleek, easy to use, and comes included with your Home Internet Plan! My experience has been exemplary, apart from a few issues. I have the following issues with T-Mobile Home Internet: •No UPnP Option which causes issues using XBL. •No Port Forwarding which causes a Moderate NAT on XBL •Some VPN applications do not work. •The Online GUI is limited and watered down. T-Mobile should really fix these issues, as it’s bothering other Customers as well. Overall T-Mobile Home Internet is great for those who don’t play on XBL, PSN, or PC or require a VPN to be used for work or personal use.PinkMagenta4 hours agoRoaming Rookie32KViews5likes29Commentsunable to disconnect or schedule devices through tmobile 5G home router

I switched to a new iphone from iphone 11 about a week ago. The 11 was t-mobile locked. I called contact-us number and waited about 30mins. Got earful of t-life app while waiting. After connected, and verified my account info, the rep was able to unlock my old iphone in a few secs w/o asking my IMEI#. Woohoo, that's was fast!!ChuckL15 hours agoVisitor17Views0likes0CommentsWhat Are My Choices For Data Coverage On T-Mobile For Business Data Lines?
I have a business account with two data lines. One is Bus Unl Tablet 10 GB HS TI and the other is 5G Bus Mobile Int 30GB I will be traveling to Belize, Honduras and Mexico soon. What data coverage will I have with these and at what speeds? If I want to add additional coverage, what would the cost be and speed? Would it matter which line I add it to? I have an iPhone 14 with the latest iOS which added the RCS messaging feature. At home I've been using Spectrum internet for years but last week I decided to try out the T-mobile 5G Home Internet. I got the gateway, set it up and connected my desktop, laptop and my phone to it. Everything was working fine and internet speed is great on all devices. But after just a little bit of messaging back and forth with my gf who has an Android phone, I noticed messages reverted back to SMS. I checked settings and everything is set to enable RCS. I then switched back to the Spectrum WiFi and messages automatically switched back RCS right away. But as soon as I switch back to the T-mobile WiFi, it goes back to SMS. If I restart the phone, then RCS works for a few minutes then it stops working again. I've searched all over the web about this and can't find any solution or even the reason why this is happening. Others have had similar issues, but does anyone know why this is happening? RCS seems to work everywhere else I go...works on cellular data and works on other WiFi networks that I've connected to at work or at my gf's house, as well as my Spectrum network. But it doesn't work on my T-mobile home WiFi. I don't get why, it makes no sense, but it's driving me crazy!avaipan220 hours agoNewbie Caller87Views1like2Comments
