TMobile needs to PROVIDE PAYMENT RECEIPTS
TMobile needs to provide RECEIPTS for payments just like every other business does. For those of us that are self employed and if we get audited WE MUST HAVE RECEIPTS. We MUST HAVE RECEIPTS to provide to our Tax Accountants. This is not rocket science, this is simple customer service, TMobile should either email a receipt after payment is made like all other service providers do, or at least h ave receipts that are printable on your website. TMobile you are not taking care of the half of your customers that have to provide expense reports WITH RECEIPTS to their employers, or are self employed and NEED RECEIPTS in case of audit for tax purposes.TEXinATX2 hours agoVisitor8Views0likes0CommentsNEED RECEIPT for PAYMENTS

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the fantastic support I received from T-Mobile representative, Hailey. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful as she walked me through the steps to fix my phone’s connectivity issue. What stood out the most was her genuine commitment to solving the problem—I felt supported every step of the way, and she never made me feel rushed or embarrassed, even when I realized the issue was on my end (airplane mode strikes again!). Her professionalism, positivity, and dedication made this experience a standout example of stellar customer service. Employees like her truly go above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience, and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves a raise for the exceptional service she provided! Thank you for having such amazing team members like her—I’m grateful and thoroughly impressed! MarieMARIEUSA4 hours agoVisitor7Views2likes0CommentsOculus Suddenly not Connecting
We’ve had T-Mobile home internet for lamps two years. We’ve had zero issues and it has worked wonderfully on everything we have - TVs, Ps5, Xbox, iPads, phones, all that stuff. We’ve also have two oculus systems that have worked perfectly with the internet. All of a sudden about 3-4 weeks ago, my son’s oculus will no longer stay connected. It connects for 1-2 seconds, then disconnects and tries to reconnect repeatedly. Every other device is my home works fine. My son’s friend brought his oculus to our house and he had the exact same issue my son does. My son’s oculus connected and works perfectly to my phone’s hotspot. This seems like it has to be something within the connection of the internet and the oculus devices. I have tried every troubleshooting thing I can and NOTHING is working. I can find nothing that gives me any options to change IP or really adjust anything within the T-Mobile internet app. PLEEEEEASE help me. This is beyond frustrating for him (and me!!) and there has to be something that changed within one of the devices to start this.karifox9 hours agoNewbie Caller455Views2likes7CommentsT-Life advanced cellular metrics and HINT no longer showing LTE signal info.
For those noticing recent performance issues with the T-Mobile Home Internet 4GAR gateway, it is most likely due to the latest firmware v1.00.13 upgrade. With this upgrade, T-Mobile has transitioned to the 5G Standalone enablement. This is the process of deploying and utilizing a 5G network that operates independently of the existing 4G LTE infrastructure. Basically, no more LTE. I have been noticing issues since this upgrade with SLOW internet speeds, long web page loads, etc.. Even though the gateway is showing full bars, I can do a speedtest when I see these issues start and my download speed barely reaches 1Mbps. I've noticed this on my MacBook, iPhone, PC, you name it. However, when this occurs, I just turn the WiFi off on the device, turn it back on and the speedtest is back to normal with downloads reaching 400+Mbps. I thought I would share this because I have noticed an uptick in forum posts regarding these performance issues and after doing a little research, I'm pretty sure I have found the reason why. Even Bell users in Canada have been experiencing the same issues with their deployment to 5G SA. This standalone architecture includes a 5G core network, radio access network (RAN), and enhanced transport capabilities, which together support network slicing and edge computing, enabling tailored services for specific use cases.45 Operators are increasingly focusing on standalone 5G networks due to their potential to deliver improved latency, network slicing, and IoT capabilities, which are crucial for enterprise services and creating new revenue streams.4 However, the transition to standalone 5G requires significant investment in OSS/BSS (Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems) to ensure service performance visibility and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).4 Service providers like Deutsche Telekom offer 5G SA Roaming Enablement services that provide secure interconnect between 5G networks, ensuring end-to-end confidentiality and integrity for roaming messages.2 These services are designed to support business needs by enhancing security while reducing cost and complexity.2 Despite the benefits, standalone 5G deployment faces challenges such as the need for extensive mid-band coverage and densification, which can be time-consuming and costly.5 Additionally, some users, particularly in Canada, have reported difficulties in accessing standalone 5G services from providers like Bell, highlighting the ongoing transition and implementation challenges.3 In summary, 5G standalone enablement is a critical step towards realizing the full potential of 5G technology, offering enhanced capabilities and services, but it requires substantial investment and careful planning to overcome deployment challenges.456+1I_AM_GENO_211 hours agoVisitor3Views0likes0CommentsNo promos for existing customers
One of the reasons my family switched to TMobile is because they advertised that existing customers get the same promos as new customers. Well that lasted for a little bit and know they are just like the other carriers. No benefit for being a longtime customer. And today I received a test that my bill is going up $5 per line. I understand and appreciate that it hasn’t increased in 10 years, but now I have less benefits and the price is increasing. TMobile I thought you were better than the other carriers!thesnows9312 hours agoNewbie Caller475Views1like1CommentTroubleshooting Slow Connection and Hotspot Issues on T-Mobile Internet
Hi T-Mobile Community, I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with my T-Mobile internet, especially concerning my home and business internet connection. My laptop frequently drops the connection or has very slow speeds, even though I have a full signal on my phone’s hotspot. I've had no issues before, but starting in November, this problem has become constant. I’ve checked all the usual fixes resetting the router, rebooting my devices, and even resetting my hotspot settings but nothing seems to work. I rely heavily on the internet for work, especially on my 14 inch AMD laptop, and this problem is really starting to affect productivity. Whether I’m using the internet at home or through a hotspot, the connection is slow and unreliable. Has anyone else faced similar issues, or does anyone have suggestions for getting my T-Mobile internet back to normal? Is there a specific setting I need to change, or could there be an issue on T-Mobile’s end that’s causing these slow speeds? Thanks in advance for any advice you can share!harrycmary13 hours agoNewbie Caller409Views4likes4CommentsG4AR firmware upgrade to 1.00.12 results in frequent lost internet connection and reboots
I’ve had the G4AR for a few months on 1.00.09 and it has worked fantastically. Firmware update at 3am 2 days ago to 1.00.12 now results in frequent lost internet connection and reboots (6 today!). I’ve factory reset the device with no improvement. Clearly this was caused by the firmware update and am wondering if there is a fix now or I want to make sure Tmobile tech support is aware their firmware update has crippled some devices.mountainman14 hours agoRoaming Rookie1.3KViews4likes12Comments
