Phone -VS-Laptop
New t-mobile cust. Fixin to launch a new website, & trying to link my A16 to my Dell laptop. Both I'd my wifi with no difficulty...but, no matter what, my phone refuses to connect! Laptop no issues. Do I have to setup my Hotspot? Setting in my android I missed? T-mobile???? Please give a shout when interested. Thanks...Walboy3
Issue with RCS messaging while on T-mobile 5G WiFi
I have an iPhone 14 with the latest iOS which added the RCS messaging feature. At home I've been using Spectrum internet for years but last week I decided to try out the T-mobile 5G Home Internet. I got the gateway, set it up and connected my desktop, laptop and my phone to it. Everything was working fine and internet speed is great on all devices. But after just a little bit of messaging back and forth with my gf who has an Android phone, I noticed messages reverted back to SMS. I checked settings and everything is set to enable RCS. I then switched back to the Spectrum WiFi and messages automatically switched back RCS right away. But as soon as I switch back to the T-mobile WiFi, it goes back to SMS. If I restart the phone, then RCS works for a few minutes then it stops working again. I've searched all over the web about this and can't find any solution or even the reason why this is happening. Others have had similar issues, but does anyone know why this is happening? RCS seems to work everywhere else I go...works on cellular data and works on other WiFi networks that I've connected to at work or at my gf's house, as well as my Spectrum network. But it doesn't work on my T-mobile home WiFi. I don't get why, it makes no sense, but it's driving me crazy!
Home Internet and IRS free file fillable forms
I'm not able to sign in to the IRS free file fillable forms site to file my taxes when I'm connecting through my T-Mobile internet. I can connect through my work internet connection or by using a hotspot at home, but the same laptop over T-Mobile internet does not connect. Anyone else notice this problem?

How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office? I reached out to T-Mobile on December 18 with an inquiry and keep getting told that someone would call me which has not happened. This is an unprofessional way to treat a loyal customer. It seems the representatives on T-Mobile chat just lied their way through our multiple conversations. I’m fed up!Apple Product has lacked
I recently got an iPhone 16 pro max. I loved the idea of getting it and was told I would get a bargain for the bill. The bill ended up being figure to be right over 100$ and when I got the bill it has been upped to 170$. It also doubled this month because I made the payment last month and it wasn’t added. The phone itself started with perfect software. Now it is very wrong and operating in strange ways. The autocorrect messes up and the service gets dropped at will. Also the battery will not charge past 1% if it so chooses. It’s very frustrating because I have gotten a new one sent to me two times. It was always through apple and not through T-Mobile though and so I never really believe my replacements are all real apple. They come in a used box and aren’t original packaging. I’m also supposed to get the replacements for 0$ and they charge me the 100$ and don’t explain why. I wish that this would be better service for taking all this in house instead of sending it out.
Bill not including Discounts?
After reviewing my bill, I noticed that they were not applying the discounts that were to be deducted from my service amount. I called in 3 times over the weekend and did not get an answer. To avoid disconnection, I paid about half of what was due. Have been trying to resolve this over the weekend but haven't been successful in getting in touch with a representative. Has anyone else had any issues like this and what should I do?
Keep and switch reimbursement process
A couple of days back we successfully ported 3 lines from VZ to T Mobile. We were still paying off the 3 phones to Verizon so now I’m trying to redeem the up to $800 rebate offer from T Mobile. I started the process with one number but nowhere in the process am I able to add the other 2 numbers on my plan. My question is do I have to submit the Keep and Switch reimbursement for each number separately? Wouldn’t that be more than one offer redemption per account and rejected? What am I missing? I am livid...I was told twice by employees of T-mobile that I qualify as a nurse for first responder discount. Today I am told that I do not because I am not an EMT, Firefighter or Police Officer! WHAT???? How are we the "front line" and not considered first responders? That is beyond disrespectful. We bust our humps for our community day in and day out, underpaid and disrespected...yet we cannot even get a discount that others get? SHAME ON YOU TMOBILE!!!!
