I'm not able to sign in to the IRS free file fillable forms site to file my taxes when I'm connecting through my T-Mobile internet. I can connect through my work internet connection or by using a hotspot at home, but the same laptop over T-Mobile internet does not connect. How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office? I reached out to T-Mobile on December 18 with an inquiry and keep getting told that someone would call me which has not happened. This is an unprofessional way to treat a loyal customer. It seems the representatives on T-Mobile chat just lied their way through our multiple conversations. I recently got an iPhone 16 pro max. I loved the idea of getting it and was told I would get a bargain for the bill. The bill ended up being figure to be right over 100$ and when I got the bill it has been upped to 170$. It also doubled this month because I made the payment last month and it wasn’t added. The phone itself started with perfect software. Now it is very wrong and operating in strange ways. The autocorrect messes up and the service gets dropped at will. Also the battery will not charge past 1% if it so chooses. It’s very frustrating because I have gotten a new one sent to me two times. It was always through apple and not through T-Mobile though and so I never really believe my replacements are all real apple. They come in a used box and aren’t original packaging. I’m also supposed to get the replacements for 0$ and they charge me the 100$ and don’t explain why. After reviewing my bill, I noticed that they were not applying the discounts that were to be deducted from my service amount. I called in 3 times over the weekend and did not get an answer. To avoid disconnection, I paid about half of what was due. Have been trying to resolve this over the weekend but haven't been successful in getting in touch with a representative. A couple of days back we successfully ported 3 lines from VZ to T Mobile. We were still paying off the 3 phones to Verizon so now I’m trying to redeem the up to $800 rebate offer from T Mobile. I started the process with one number but nowhere in the process am I able to add the other 2 numbers on my plan. My question is do I have to submit the Keep and Switch reimbursement for each number separately? Wouldn’t that be more than one offer redemption per account and rejected? What am I missing? I am livid...I was told twice by employees of T-mobile that I qualify as a nurse for first responder discount. Today I am told that I do not because I am not an EMT, Firefighter or Police Officer! WHAT???? How are we the "front line" and not considered first responders? That is beyond disrespectful. We bust our humps for our community day in and day out, underpaid and disrespected...yet we cannot even get a discount that others get? Anyone know how to reach corporate? I have been having 7 months worth of poor customer service and been reassured every month T-Mobile would fix their errors from September only for it to remain messed up on my bill. I have talked to customer service representatives over the phone, over chat, talked to supervisors. I filed with FCC and BBB. Tired of being lied to and getting the run around. I've had up to 7 lines with T-Mobile and had no plans to look for a different carrier. When T-Mobile announced a deal with Starlink, I suddenly felt a need to look into switching carriers. I cannot feel good about doing business with any company that promotes and pays for services from Musk's companies. The man is awful on so many levels and is now involved in the decimation of our government institutions and services, I wish for all of his businesses to fail so that he can no longer wield the power of his wealth.
