Where Is My Gateway No Update
i ordered my 5g on sunday i am hearing stories people are getting package numbers i was told they would be in contact via email THAT'S IT didn't get a number didn't get another email NOTHING it is thursday now if there is a chance i wasn't getting it in the first place why would it say it's available at my address, do i have to order again is it ever coming my godMilitary Member Stationed in Japan — No Service Without WiFi (Need Urgent Help)
I’m currently stationed in Japan and I’m having serious issues with my T-Mobile service. It worked fine the first day I arrived, but since then, I’ve had no cellular service unless I’m connected to WiFi. I purchased the International Pass and I’m on the Magenta Max Military plan with premium data and hotspot included, but nothing seems to be working. I have an Iphone 13 Pro Max I’ve called T-Mobile support every day for the past 5 days and gone through every troubleshooting step they’ve suggested, but I still can’t get any connection without WiFi. They have not offered any other suggestions or solutions. I need my phone for my job and this has become a major problem. Has anyone else experienced this while stationed overseas? Any advice or workarounds that helped you get your phone working again? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you in advance!
Stolen Phone
I have filed a insurance claim for the stolen phone March 26, 2025. I paid the $99 to replace the phone. Claim 73760978. The phone was an Apple Iphone SE 3 with 64 GB color black. There has been no replacement and I call and none are in the warehouse. I am still paying for the phone and the insurance on the stolen phone. Something needs to be done this is April 16, 2025
over payed
On April 11th I set a payment arrangement for 598.00 to paid on april 15th. I paid 300.00 dollars towards the 598.00 thinking on the 15th tmobile would take the balance. They took the full amount of 598.00. so i paid a total of 898.00. I couldnt afford to do that and got a refund for the 300.00. Now I owe 536.00 and the system wont let me set up an arrangement. The system states i owe 300.00 dollars. The tmobile reps are saying because i have a past due amount of 300.00 and its past30 days there's nothing they can do. The arrangement was satified in the full amount of 598.00. Someone please help. I have been a costumer for over 15years
OnePlus 10 Pro 5g NE2217

I'm having issues being able to see the connected devices through the T-Mobile Home Internet App. Keeps telling me the gateway did not respond and to restart it if the problem persists. I have restarted the modem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once and it still does not work. Does anybody have any resolution to this or has anybody had this issue? It would also be nice to be able to see the devices away from home, but you can only do it if you're connected to the modem, which I thinks sucks
Old T-Mobile Internet App works, New T-Life app Doesn't
T-Mobile nagged me to use the new T-Life app for managing my TMHI 5G Gateway. So I did. I set it up a few days ago and it was working fine. I'm using both together with the old app. The problem is the new app now doesn't work. After a power outage, we got things back up and running. The Gateway is connected to the internet, all devices connected to it, it is speed testing at ~400Mbps, and is working fine. The old T-Mobile Internet App correctly shows it is connected with a good connection. But the new T-Life app says our 5G Gateway is "Offline." That's wrong. It's very much online and working. Seems T-Mobile released this app before it was ready for prime-time. I don't really have a problem with this situation. I'm just noting it here because T-Mobile doesn't provide another way to give this feedback. I'm not going to use the new app until I absolutely have to. T-Mobile better get the new app right and working correctly before they retire the old one and make me use it.
