Active Duty Military Deployment
Does T-Mobile still waive the international roaming charges while service members are deployed over seas? Last time I deployed over seas, I submitted my active duty military orders and was able to submit my orders and still use my T-Mobile phone during deployment. I will be leaving for Kuwait soon and would like to do this as soon as possible if it is still an option. Thank you, have a great day!
Being charged fees and taxes on old addresses
I recently looked back at my billing history, and I am being charged T-Mobile fees and charges as well as government taxes on fees on 3 separate addresses. One address I haven’t lived at in over 10 years, and the other address I moved from 4 years ago. Has anyone had that happen to them?April 2025 New Plans ???
I have T Mobile ONE Plan Plus Promo 2018 which does have price lock but new CEO states otherwise. 5 lines and Home Internet for $140 Im on ONE Plan: l receive 20% off the bill, I have 2 free lines, each line has kickbacks -$10 if under 2gb of data on line, Netflix and Hulu on US. I have heard about the new plans, Tmo is offering. Are the new plans worth it or should I stay with my ONE PLAN? Which is less than $140 a month. I just have a feeling that the prices are going to keep going up or services will change. Anyone care to chime in to elaborate?
