Call forwarding control
Well I need call forwarding control on all my devices. Right now I have an employee that left town and did not turn on call forwarding while they were on a cruise ship. The device is now at their house with nobody there and no way to turn on call forwarding. This potentially can lose me money and lose clients trust because nobody's answering. I called T-Mobile and they informed me that there is no possible way from The Hub that I can do this function because it has to be done from that device. Now I feel that this is not giving the owner us the full range of control over our devices. Anyone have experience with jump on demand lease, and T-Mobile seeming to want to get people off that program? Every year my wife and I just turn in our iPhones for new model, with small down payment, but this year they are saying it’s over $400 down. When I switched over from Spectrum to T Mobile internet I choice the Amazon Fire tv. When I called T-Mobile to inquire about when I would get the code, I was told that I didn’t qualify. I told them when talked with the T-Mobile rep to switch over he told me that the promotion was still going. Now I was told it ended on 1-15-25.
