TMobile online account is a problem
I have 5 lines w TMobile prepaid and even I pull up my TMobile whether it's w my number or the email associated w all the numbers it will only show me info on one number and it's not even the primary number it does show all the numbers listed together but will not show no information on the other 4 numbers how can I fix thatDo you think there is something wrong?
Just started with TMO home internet installed TMO-G4AR gateway, service after two weeks service sucks. Speed test 8.53 download, 9.03 upload. I'm writing this comment on a computer tethered to my moto 5g phone and get 56.4 download and .22 upload. DO YOU THINK there is something wrong with this cell internet service???It's a shame
I want to stay a customer of T-mobile, had their cell phone for years at $70 per month for two lines. Which I considered fair at the time of first service. I got a vague notice of possible increase of $10. Just signed up for tmo home internet, at first it seemed suitable for my needs, but now two weeks later it sucks. When I can type faster than a browser can respond you know it sucks. Hate doing business with Xfinity, but I have limited choices.
T-Mobile 5G Internet SUCKS
Today my T-Mobile 5G Internet is broken as usual. I made my decision to ditch it and ordered Spectrum, a more reliable service. Tomorrow morning will call T-Mobile customer nonservice and cancel my subscription. Enough is enough. I recommend everyone to do the same if you're able to.
Can I take my home internet (black box) to Florida in the 33180 zip code and enjoy the internet?
I have T-mobile’s home internet service (the black box) and I am wondering if I can take it with me on vacation and just plug it in and have service in my new location (assuming that T-mobile has service in my zip code there)? Can anyone advise me on this subject? Thanks, Jordan
This increase is so wrong.
This increase is wrong in so many ways, T mobile encourages customers to and a line in order to get certain discounts and benefits, Then they charge a 5 dollar increase on the the line, I would have never added the line if it was going to cost this much. I also stuck with my current plan and didn't upgrade because I couldn't afford it, now I'm paying the upgraded price without any of the Upgrade benefits. It's not as if I'm getting better service, lately T mobile service has been awful, I keep losing GPS while I'm driving, signal keeps dropping T mobile is not as reliable as it use to be, and yet I have been loyal to T mobile for 15 years. If I can find something better I'm going to take it.
Terrible Service and Support – Stay Away from T-Mobile Fiber!
I’ve had T-Mobile Fiber for just three months, and it’s been a disaster. My internet has gone down multiple times for days at a time, and their support is useless. Right now, I’ve been without internet since Friday, and the earliest they could send a technician is Monday afternoon—unacceptable
