This increase is so wrong.
This increase is wrong in so many ways, T mobile encourages customers to and a line in order to get certain discounts and benefits, Then they charge a 5 dollar increase on the the line, I would have never added the line if it was going to cost this much. I also stuck with my current plan and didn't upgrade because I couldn't afford it, now I'm paying the upgraded price without any of the Upgrade benefits. It's not as if I'm getting better service, lately T mobile service has been awful, I keep losing GPS while I'm driving, signal keeps dropping T mobile is not as reliable as it use to be, and yet I have been loyal to T mobile for 15 years. I have T-mobile’s home internet service (the black box) and I am wondering if I can take it with me on vacation and just plug it in and have service in my new location (assuming that T-mobile has service in my zip code there)? False Advertising
Don't recommend this company. My wife signed up because they were having a promotion with a free TV with internet sign up. Was told would ship within 10 weeks. 10 weeks go by so I call customer service. So they say I had to apply for the TV within 30 days of receiving our equipment even though I was told it was shipped. So they lie to get your business. Just another scam from another money hungry corrupt corporation. 😒 Will be finding a honest company to do business with instead of scammers. A company that has to lie to get your bussiness isn't trust worthy in my opinion. Hi everyone! 17+ yr customer with Sprint/T-mobile. Stuck with sprint during the bad and always hoped when the time came, Sprint would repay my loyalty but with the acquisition by Tmobile, looks like none of that matters. I've included details below, but to get to the point- is there a way or has anyone been successful requesting Tmobile support to review details of a call with their sales rep? seem like i was victim to a bait and switch scheme and unfortunately, it was all over the phone so there are no records outside of the recording with the rep. summarized details: In January, I decided to leave Tmobile and switch to Verizon. I called support to find out the process to terminate my contract. The customer rep on the phone told me they could give me a deal. I bit and they switched my plans and shipped me new phones and discounts would kick in when they received my current phones. Just to make sure, I called Tmobile the next day and spoke to a customer support rep and he validated the plan offered to me was legit and all the discounts offered would apply when the received the phones. In Feb, i noticed that all the phones were received and the plan was changed, however, my phone discounts did not kick in. Turns out, the customer rep on the phone pitched a plan to me with a promotion that did not exist. Long story short - i'm now stuck with a plan that costs $100+ each month. I've called Tmobile support at least 4 times (each call's been 40+ minutes), spoken to their supervisors to no avail. They basically said they have to listen to the recordings of my call in January - but each time I call, the story changes from "they need to put in a request" to "it takes 2 weeks" to "they need to put in a global request" to "it takes time". Clearly I am being given the run around and running out of options. I have told the rep I do not want to pay a $300+ bill when my initial premise to continue with Tmbile was to pay less. Hi all, I have just used the T Mobile esim app, to purchase an esim. I filled in all the details etc, although somewhere I read it would ask when I wanted the esim activated. It is for use in an upcoming trip to the US. There was no such request about when you want the esim acivated. I read that the esim would not be able to activated until I was physically in the States. Well here I am in Australia with an active esim.
