Scammed by T-mobile
I had two perfectly good iPhone 14 Pros and was convinced to trade them in for two iPhone 16 Pros under T-Mobile’s so-called promotion. I was promised $380 fair market value per phone plus monthly bill credits. T-Mobile sent me a Ship Kit with their own prepaid label to return my phones via UPS. I followed their exact instructions. Now, three months later? No credits. No fair market value. Nothing. I call customer service, and they have no record of ever receiving my phones. THE LABEL THEY PROVIDED—THEIR OWN SHIPPING LABEL—AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT?!? Now they’re trying to blame me for not keeping the tracking number? Are you kidding me?! So let’s break this down: T-Mobile convinced me to trade in my phones under false promises, took my devices, "lost" them, and now I’m stuck paying full price for phones I never even needed. This is a scam, plain and simple. And their customer service? Completely useless. I have never felt this betrayed by a company in my life. Do yourself a favor—go somewhere else for your phone needs. T-Mobile will not take care of you. Keep every receipt, track every package, because once they "lose" something, it’s on YOU.JeffreyVides5 minutes agoVisitor0Views0likes0CommentsTMobile Scammed Me

Has anybody had any luck purchasing a trail camera and setting it up using a T-Mobile SIM Card. T-Mobile has a monthly service starting at 500MB which I purchased, but my trail camera would not work when I installed it. Tech support for the SpyPoint trail cam mentioned that the sim cards on their trail cams are specific to the unit so I’m not able to swap it out. Not sure if anybody’s done this before, it sounds very doable, just looking for some help of which Trail Cam brands will work on the T-Mobile Sim card. thanksMSR20242 hours agoNetwork Novice967Views0likes1CommentT-Mobile's partnership with fascist Starlink is disgusting.
The richest jerk in the world is gutting our government without any oversight in order to reward himself and his white supremacist cronies. T-Mobile should end its partnership with Musk immediatelynonabsorbing3 hours agoVisitor85Views4likes5CommentsWorst Customer Service Ever
Too much to list. Dealing with an issue for over a year where everyone rep we talked to says they don't see a problem and we had done everything correctly. We were sent to collections over equipment that their reps said we had already sent back. After I investigated the numbers they gave, it was an old modem that was faulty that they wouldn't take back at the time we got a new one. Offered to give it back to them and they wouldn't take it. Spent hours on the phone with these people and ended up figuring out the issue myself after referencing router numbers. Getting stuck with paying the overpriced equipment due to them not taking the offered equipment back and probably lawyer fee for getting collections removed from my credit. All for an easily avoidable issue if they could just be clear on what was needed or owed. No communications after initial phone call over a year ago where they said everything was fine to getting turned into collections. Now they say it's too late to remedy the issue....... RUN AWAY!!! Would not recommend this headache or poor service to anyone. Closing accounts ASAP, will never use Tmobile again.SLy99xx3 hours agoVisitor7Views0likes0CommentsCostco offer for BOGO not honored
I added 2 lines in first week if March as offer of BOGO from Costco Store Kiosk. One of the line was new and other was port in from another carrier. Now after 2 billing cycle the T mobile customer care is testing my limits and says the BOGO is no longer valid. I had made a conference call between T Mobile sales person who sold the lines and customer care as well but the customer care lady was not at all cooperative and was unprofessional. Than the other guy from Customer care joined and said the issue will be fixed. Its almost 20 days now and when I call the customer care , I am back to square one again I have to explain the whole offer and situation. I am clueless how to deal with the situation. I ordered a new phone with new line , If I cancel the line will I be able to return the phone which was bought 2 months back ? Can I escalate to Costco regarding T Mobile poor services ?342Views1like1Comment5G Gateway does not have admin features for Business accounts
I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive a message saying I have a business account and I need to log in to the HUB, I log in to the HUB, there are no options to manage the gateway. I click on support, it shows only my reps, my reps are clueless on how to resolve this. Can someone look into this? It is crazy what you do to businesses...I have been already trying the ATT gateway, and I will be replacing them all… I am talking about 15 gateways.201Views0likes3Comments- jim13484 hours agoTransmission Trainee44Views0likes1Comment
Did anyone else switch to T-Mobile and regret it?
I was sold on T-Mobile in the store. I thought I was going to get 4 lines for about 150-160 a month. I was supposed to get a 200 gift card for making the switch which could only be used at t-mobile but they said I could just use it to pay my bill for a month. I’d get free Netflix. And the coverage map showed my home in the deepest pink available so I would be all set for coverage. I never got my gift card. I still haven’t paid less that 220 in a month. The coverage is awful. The Netflix they gave was some broken down version with ads and some of the library missing. Every single thing about T-Mobile has felt like a bait and switch. I’m 3 months in and every time I think of T-Mobile I want to cry because I feel like a fool for going to this carrier. Does it ever get better?feeling_regret4 hours agoNewbie Caller945Views4likes5Comments
