Hulu on Us showing as 9.99 with Go5G Plus
I have been a Tmobile customer since 2013. My current account is the Go5G Magenta Max plan with 50gb hotspot. I get Apple TV + Netflix with Ads included. I also add-on 2tb of Google Drive. I have tried to add Hulu via the app and on my laptop and on the app it gives me a promo code it wont let me redeem (I do not have have an active Hulu or Disney subscription) and on the laptop it just prompts me to sign up for 9.99 Hulu with Ads as an add-on. Can I have both Netflix on Us and Hulu on Us? I've been a subscribe for a decade even when I was overseas for 4 years in Japan and only turned it on a few times a year. I'm thinking of switching given how fast its gone from 60 to 95 flat rate but this seems enough to keep me on especially with Starlink availability potentially later this year.T-Life
They need tab for Scam Shield. It is too time consuming to access it now. The separate app access was much better. Now it seems I either have to stay logged into T-Life, or log in every time I want to use the scam shield. I don't like leaving myself logged in to anything I am not currently using. Please do not get rid of the Scam Shield separate app!
Refurbed devices
I currently use a IOS MS Max. I can get a Refurbed 14 Pro for a reasonable price. My question to all..... Warranty ?? Since I "might" purchase from a seller other than Tmo, COULD Tmo offer warranty services ?? Kind of like the Car Warranty adds on TV. Is there any coverage like that ??
False statements by tmobile
T mobile can not supply 5 g speeds.... testing has shown an average speed on 5g signal at 3 megs per second and sometime 3megs per minute. Today chrome says no network , yet 5 g is displayed in the status bar. Another lie/false statement by this network advertisements No wifi no blue tooth ... as selected and the system """" displays this""" as such. Yet that to is a lie.. false statement. The call center that I get transfered to is utterly irresponsible, unreliable, Un-edjucated. And stole data to use against me with 2 other corporations simply safe, and paypal..using it to activate security system cams and deliberately disallowing access to my accounts. Proof was sent to corporate NOCC although doubtful it was received since tmobiles reps and supervisors of a communication company CAN NOT compose or send emails.. Hummm fcc, how'd they get a license for communication when they don't?
