TMO-4GSE unable to set custom DNS
I love all the configuration options on the white-box TMO-4GSE, especially ability to add multiple Wi-Fi SSIDs, but I absolutely need the ability to set DNS, and the T-Life app does not support this. I called device support (18443711373 - seriously life savors where regular support calls are futile) and they confirmed DNS cannot be customized on this device. Please acknowledge feature request for future Internet gateway and T-Life app configuration for custom DNS.
Getting over charged by T-Mobile... and not getting any help!
Super frustrated….. went with my mom to upgrade our phones months ago and we went with the Go5G 55+ plan plus home internet and two new phones. Told we would be paying $144. Three whole billing cycles later and we are still paying $20 more than we should be. And T-Mobile has been charging us randomly outside of our billing due date. Went to a T-Mobile store and even they didn't know what was going on. It’s incredibly frustrating because we switched to all of this in order to save money and now we are paying more. And no one can give us any answers.TMO-4GSE stuck in 4G
I live 1000 ft (300 meters) from our local T-Mobile 4G tower, and our 5G tower is about 200ft further away. My white box internet gateway (TMO-4GSE) connects to the 4G tower 99% of the time, limiting my bandwidth. I can only get it to connect to the 5G tower by default one in 20 boots directly in my window. As soon as I move the device I can almost never get it to connect to 5G over the 4G. This is a BASIC flaw in the device and T-Life app... I NEED the ability to set preference for the device to TRY and get the 5G connection to work. I totally get the device LOVES my 4G tower. Let me tell it to use the 5G tower. Else I'm stuck all the time in 4G bandwidth. Please acknowledge this is a feature request for future home internet gateway devices and T-Life app control.
Unable to see connected devices on Home Internet App
I'm having issues being able to see the connected devices through the T-Mobile Home Internet App. Keeps telling me the gateway did not respond and to restart it if the problem persists. I have restarted the modem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once and it still does not work. Does anybody have any resolution to this or has anybody had this issue? It would also be nice to be able to see the devices away from home, but you can only do it if you're connected to the modem, which I thinks sucks
AVAYA work line not working TMHI
I have a AVAYA work landline not working with TMHI. It is a VoIP Phone and saids VPN Tunnel Failure. I am running TMHI through my Deco Mesh units. Does anyone know a work around or fix for this? I would like to keep TMHI because my local and only service provider is Zito Media went is awful. Thanks in advance.
THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
I just wanted an update on my claim. The app is useless, the website is useless - the representative refused to just give me an answer and wanted to direct me back to the website. The actual store doesn't do anything except give a number to call to file a claim. WHY DO THEY EVEN BOTHER HIRING ANYOME IF NO ONE IS GOING TO DO THEIR JOB. This is so frustrating and I've never had such disappointing customer service.
