Cisco Meraki MX67W not Connecting through TMO-4GSE
TMobile 5G model TMO-4GSE not allowing the Meriki MX67W VPN to pass through. Verizon 5G works everytime but service not as fast or as reliable as TMobile. I switched ISP to T-Mobile and now I can't seem to connect to the company n/w via my CISCO Meraki Z3C. My T-Mobile gateway is Sagemcom Fast 5688W I have taken my Meraki box to a friend's house who uses a different ISP and works fine. My company's IT Support says they can "see" my Meraki from their end. But my PC won't connect to my company n/w. Also the Meraki creates a wifi n/w (same as the one inside my company building) which shows up on my PC's available Wireless network list but I can't connect to that either. Any thoughts? My company IT support said "This is the known issue with T-Mobile and At&T Air. AT&T air is using WPA3 security which doesn't support Meraki. But, we found a button on AT&T Air modem to force it to WPA2 and it worked after." He wanted to see if I could change the setting on the T-Mobile gateway to WPA2- Can someone help me try to change it? I have been a customer since 2017. I have been on auto bill and had no issues. Till we adding the internet. This is the worst spottiest internet I have ever had, slow, never had a high speed, and if you have more than 4 devices one of them is being slowed heavily. We're switching to Mint Mobile now, it's been the most painful process because how hard TMobile is making it to just transfer my number!! I've been waiting for the transfer for 5 hours now, been in the 'live chat' for a few hours, and can now say I've been on hold for an hour now!!! This is ridiculous. Please, please release my number or help me at all? I'm so done with this company. I had no idea it'd be this hard for them to simply release my number. Glad to see you love and care of customers so much too. Great way to be treated just on hold.... With the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet, I am able to connect devices. However, the T-Life app they do not show as registered. After opening, the app appears to be loading them, hangs, and then eventually gives, "Connected devices (0)". The device has been restarted and rebooted several times. Upgraded from 12 to 15 on Christmas. Now, and only for my wife’s messages, the iMessages are randomly turning green and she doesn’t receive my messages. Everything she sends me on her phone shows the blue iMessage but I’m struggling. Nothing changed I just transferred everything to the new phone, no duplicate contacts. I’ve noticed my notifications are coming in as a group text to me and her Apple ID email address. I’m not sure what to do I’ve deleted the contacts and re-entered it, restarted both phones, followed countless steps online and I’m at a loss. I am one of those who still have the legacy Pay As You Go. It is not my primary number but I keep it since I like the number. So, I almost never use it. I keep about $10 in it. Today I was trying to make a phone call and it said I did not have enough money. I checked my account and it was at 0 balance. If I look under Line Details → View Your Usage, it says “No records found.” I left the Billing Cycle filter out. However, at one point, I got to the Transaction History screen (can’t find my way back now), it had a bunch of “DomesticUsage”, Outgoing, Usage Type: Message charges. It seems they are on random days and most were 0.10. The online rep: said that this meant I sent texts on those days said they did not keep records on which numbers the texts were sent to would not believe me when I told her I did not tried to sell me a monthly plan 😂 It seems others might have this problem too: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/158dw8l/my_mom_has_a_legacy_payasyougo_prepaid_plan_but/ and I have had an episode with them a few years ago that made me not trust their billing system.
