Wifi Calling falling off network
I'm really frustrated. for the last month I can no longer receive phone calls. neither can my wife or kids. If we disable wifi then we can make a call which then seems to put our phones back "on the network". however within a few hours to a day they all fall off the network and we can no longer receive calls. Sometimes we also cannot make a call which could be dangerous as 911 won't work. Unfortunately cellular calls here drop constantly so we cannot use cellular services for more than a few seconds at a time. One time i reached out to support and they told me they were "working on a known problem" but then when I tried to reach out recently the agent acted like the problem was with my phone. And then it was the router. But wifi calling works just fine so long as you first make a call over cellular first. Really wish T mobile had US based support as the language barrier makes it very difficult to communicate.JBNorthwest4211 minutes agoVisitor2Views0likes0CommentsAccessing Fishbowl Client through T-Mobile Home Internet.
Good Morning, I recently moved to an area that has limited access to ISPs and found T-Mobile to be the best bang for buck. So far I've been pretty happy, sometimes even impressed... HOWEVER, when connected to my home internet, this is the only time that I cannot access my works Fishbowl client. We do use a VPN; this does not seem to be the issue as I can still access all other shared items through our servers. The only thing that is different is the ISP. I have also tried my phones hotspot (also T-Mobile), it works everywhere else, including hotels. Any help is appreciated!JV6 hours agoNetwork Novice37Views0likes1CommentSet up payment arrangement but forgot to change card before due date
So I had set up a payment plan last month due to falling on hard times, I realized yesterday I needed to change my payment method to be able to pay the first installment which was due today 1/12. I do to the payment arrangement and I can’t make any changes to the payment method because it’s already being processed. Basically the account it’s trying to charge doesn’t have money so it will kickback. I’m just wondering how long it takes to kickback, when it does kickback will my account be automatically suspended or can I change the payment method once it kicks back and be fine before it suspends? Or should I try just contacting support before it even kicks back to see if they can change my payment method thanksEspen111 hours agoVisitor19Views0likes1CommentI was paying around 60.00 for the Essentials 55 plus.
I added my daughter to the account and now my bill is over 120.00. Something odd must have happened with whatever service they signed me up with. I can't find out how to get the most basic of plans. I don't need Netflix, or out of the country, or streaming on phone. I am an I.T. Person, and T-Mobile website for services is obviously impossible to navigate. I called; two hour wait. Any suggestions? Thanksppark00114 hours agoVisitor56Views0likes1CommentCancelled but still got collections

The other day, I accidentally left my phone at a T-Mobile store. After driving for about an hour, I realized my mistake, but by then, the store had already closed for the day. In a pinch, I pulled out my iPad Air 5th generation from my bag and opened the Digits app, hoping to regain access to my phone number. I had successfully logged into the app about a week ago, so I expected everything to work smoothly. However, as soon as I tried to sign in, the screen displayed a message saying, "Please log in to your account to register and use the app." I entered my credentials, watched the loading symbol spin, and then was met with a frustrating prompt: "We are having some difficulties. Please sign in again. If this error persists, contact T-Mobile care at 611 and report the issue." I tried to log in four times, only to face the same problem each time. Frustrated, I decided to delete the app and reinstall it, but that didn’t solve the issue either. Without my phone, making a call to T-Mobile wasn't an option, so I turned to live chat for assistance. Unfortunately, the wait time was long, and when I finally connected with an agent, they seemed completely oblivious to my dilemma. I explained my situation, emphasizing that I wanted help to regain access to the Digits feature so I could make calls. The agent replied that the app wouldn't allow me to make calls, which left me bewildered. I tried to clarify, mentioning that I usually have my iPad linked to my phone number, allowing both devices to ring when receiving a call. They had no response to my explanation, which was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, I encountered another issue when trying to access my T-Mobile account through my web browser. I could log in using my email and password just fine, but when I attempted to sign in on the T-Mobile app, it rejected my password. Everything seems to be malfunctioning lately, and I'm running into roadblocks trying to access my phone number as a backup for emergencies since it’s linked to my iPad. I really need a resolution to all this confusion so I can use my devices as intended.bridgeterikavon16 hours agoVisitor45Views0likes0CommentsNo Admin login page 192.168.12.1 FAST 5688W

Im waiting as of this posting almost 1 hour for a customer service rep to take my call! I mean how many times can you "name that tune" on an extended wait? Has EVEEYONE at T mobile gone to lunch? Not too mention their wonky billing system. Pay a prescheduled payment early and all chaos breaks out with your bill and their reps. Sometimes companies get bigger than what they can actually produce or service. T mobile is the definition if this fiasco. I have no choice but to leave...25 yrs later. Way to support your customers T mobile...SCaraway2 days agoNewbie Caller110Views1like3CommentsOrdering via Samsung.com
I have been with T-mobile since at least 2011, maybe even before that. I have had three plans with them. First one of the legacy plans, can't remember the name. Had that for a while and then went to the Magenta Max (which is now a legacy lol). So I decided to upgrade my plan last month from Magenta Max to the Go 5g Plus to take advantage of the every two years upgrade. Both the Magenta plan and the new Go plan I have a First Responder Discount which I am very appreciative of. I went on T-mobile's site as I wanted to upgrade two of my seven lines I have for two S24+ 512's and only that phone. T-mobile didn't have any. So checked out Samsung.com and they still have it. And to my pleasant surprise it would seem I could get the T-mobile 800 dollar trade and an EIP all together the same as on T-mobile's site. So Samsung.com asks for phone# and pin and after entering my info, it says I can't complete it because I have a "non-regular" account. They list the following as unable to use Samsung.com to link to T-mobile: Prepaid accounts, Inactive accounts, Business Liable accounts, Suspended accounts, Past due accounts, Government accounts, T-Mobile Employee Accounts, Samsung Elite Accounts, Sprint Accounts So I am thinking ok, none of those apply to me. Well, it didn't work, and gave me: T-Mobile doesn’t support your account type on Samsung.com. Please see the non-supported account types listed on the page. If you have an Individual account and believe you should not have received this error, you can contact T-Mobile Care to confirm/change your account type to supported type such as Individual – Regular and then return to Samsung.com. OR if you don't want to change your account type, please select T-Mobile device with Samsung offers and a payment option other than T-Mobile Equipment Installment program. So I chatted with a T-mobile rep who told me I would have to switch plans to a "regular" account. So I asked him if I have a Go 5g Plus plan, and I am getting the same offers as anyone else with the same plan, only a discount on the monthly cost, that I would have to change to another plan for it to work? That does not seem to be correct?sigp2282 days agoNewbie Caller88Views1like2Comments
