Transfering a Line to Current Account
I have a phone number that my mom has under her account, and I have my own TMobile account. Is there a way to transfer the line my mom has to my personal account? If so, would this swap any phone number I select to transfer to or would it add onto my account as a third line? To try to sum it up, basically I have my iPhone's number and my watch's number on my account and I would like to add an existing phone number (from my Samsung, under my mom) to this account as a third line if possible
Adding second gateway to T-life app?
I have 2 separate gateways under one account. (I know it seems awkward but we have a separate barn/office that is far enough from the house we needed 2 Gateways. I installed a mesh system in the house but it doesn’t push to signal out far enough for the barn.) I’m trying to set up the second gateway in the T-Life app but I’m not seeing a way to do that. Is it possible? How do I set it up?
