Starting January 13, 2022, for a limited time, new and existing single-line customers activating on an eligible Essentials, Magenta, Magenta MAX, Business Unlimited Select (lines 1-5), Business Unlimited Advanced (lines 1-5), or Business Unlimited Ultimate (lines 1-5) plan can get a free voice line when you have 2 paid voice lines.
To qualify for a free voice line, you must:
- New customers – Activate at least 3 voice lines on an eligible Essentials, Magenta, Magenta MAX, Business Unlimited Select (1-5), Business Unlimited Advanced (1-5), or Business Unlimited Ultimate (1-5) plan and get the 3rd voice line on the plan for free via monthly bill credits.
- Existing customers with only one voice line are eligible: Activate at least 2 additional voice lines on a qualifying Essentials, Magenta, Magenta MAX, Business Unlimited Select (1-5), Business Unlimited Advanced (1-5), or Business Unlimited Ultimate (1-5) plan to get one of the lines for free via monthly bill credits.
- The bill credit will be applied monthly to the line activated during the promotional period. Customers on plans with additional taxes and fees (e.g. Essentials) will receive credits for the monthly service price of their line but will be responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
- You must activate the appropriate number of voice lines during the promotional period. All lines must remain active to continue receiving bill credits.
- A maximum of 1 free line may be added per account for this promotion.
No, to get 1 free voice line as an existing customer, you may only have one paid voice line on a postpaid rate plan and then you will need to be on an eligible plan and activate two additional voice lines on your account. Once those requirements are met, one of your new lines will be eligible to be free via monthly bill credits. You must maintain all three lines in order to keep the discount.
If you cancel service on any of your lines within 12 months or migrate to an ineligible plan, you’ll lose the monthly bill credit for the free line. Additionally, if you cancel service on the line receiving the bill credits, you will lose the monthly bill credit for the line.
No, you will not be eligible for the offer if you cancelled any lines within the past 90 days. If you are an existing customer that has removed lines because of a Change of Responsibility to another T-Mobile postpaid account, you are eligible for the promotion.
You would need to activate two additional voice lines on an eligible voice plan to qualify. Then, one of your new voice lines would be free with monthly bill credits.
