Account profile

How do I edit my contact information, email address, resume, or employment preferences?

When you first apply for a job, you will create a Candidate Home account using an email address. You can update your email address, access your previous applications, apply to additional jobs and complete other tasks in your Candidate Home. To access your Candidate Home again, login here using the credentials you originally set up when you first applied. Under Edit Account Settings, you can update your contact information and edit your account settings.

I am experiencing issues when trying to use the “forgot password” option.

Try checking your junk or spam folder for our password recovery email. Depending on your spam settings, some emails may be routed there. If you’re unable to access the email account associated with your Candidate Home, please email us at careers@t-mobile.com.

I can’t access my profile. I forgot my username and/or password.

Your username is the email address you used to create your Candidate Home account. Even if you updated your email address for receiving communications, your username is the original email address. If you forgot your password, click here then select “Forgot Your Password” to have a temporary password emailed to you. Tip: If you joined the T-Mobile Talent Community, your login may or may not be the same, depending on how you set it up.

How can I sign up for job alerts?

It’s easy! Sign up for the T-Mobile Talent Communitto receive emails and/or text messages about new job opportunities and hiring events near you. When you sign up, you’ll be able to set your areas of interest and preferred method(s) of communication.

Application process

What happens after I apply to a position?

Great question! Check out For Applicants to learn about our hiring process–and get interview tips!

What if I don’t have a resume?

Don’t worry, if you don’t have a resume, you’ll have the chance to enter your work history and other information in your Candidate Home account when you apply. However, Professional (including non-frontline Retail and non-frontline Care) and Executive level positions do require a resume to apply.

Why do I need to complete an assessment?

For certain positions, we may ask you to complete an assessment so that we can better understand your experience and qualifications. If you’re applying for the same position in a different location, you will be asked to complete the assessment again.

However, assessment results are valid for 6 months. To transfer your results to the new position you apply for, click on the “Assessment” link and click “Next” a couple of times until you receive a message stating you have already completed the assessment, and your results will be applied.

How can I access the assessment?

If you are asked to complete an assessment, you should receive a link to the assessment in your email on the same day that you applied to the position. You can also access the assessment in your Candidate Home under “Tasks to Complete.” If you did not receive the assessment link via email or are unable to access your Candidate Home, please email Assessment@T-Mobile.com with your full name, your email address, and the requisition number for the position that you applied to. The link will be sent within 48 hours.

Assessments can be completed on a mobile device or computer using any of the following browsers.

  • Internet Explorer Version 6.0 and higher (Windows PC Only)
  • Firefox Version 2.0 and higher (Windows PC or Mac)
  • Safari Version 4.0 and higher (Mac only)
  • Google Chrome Version 4.0 and higher (Windows PC or Mac)

What if I didn't pass the assessment?

The assessment considers many different factors and compiles information to get a final score. The final score reflects whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the role. While this position may not have been a good match for you now, we hope you’ll continue to apply for additional positions that match your experience, qualifications, and interests. You can also sign up for job alerts through our T-Mobile Talent Community.

Assessment results are valid for 6 months, pass or fail. You can try again after the 6-month duration has expired.

I passed the assessment. Why haven't I been contacted for an interview?

The T-Mobile Careers Team will be notified that you have passed your assessment, and if your experience and qualifications are a good match for the position, you may be contacted by a T-Mobile representative.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue reviewing our complete list of job openings and apply to positions you feel best fit your experience and qualifications. You can also sign up for job alerts through our T-Mobile Talent Community.
