In most cases, you can split your transaction using any amount of T-Mobile Rewards, with the remaining balance charged to your T-Mobile Visa card. Your rewards do not expire for the life of your T-Mobile Visa account, and you can use them anytime at T-Mobile. No, T-Mobile Rewards are not transferable. - ## How do I redeem my T-Mobile Visa credit card rewards? Accumulated T-Mobile Rewards may only be redeemed to pay your T-Mobile wireless bill or for purchase of phones, devices, or accessories online, on the [T-Mobile website](http://www.t-mobile.com/), in the [T-Life app](https://www.t-mobile.com/apps), and in-store at T-Mobile retail locations and Authorized dealers via the T-Life app. Your T-Mobile Rewards balance will be decreased at the time T-Mobile Rewards are redeemed. When redeeming rewards, your T-Mobile Visa must be used to pay any portion of the transaction not covered by rewards. Redemptions may not be available when using 3rd party digital wallets. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to T-Mobile’s return policy. If any of the products related to your original order are returned, subject to T-Mobile’s return policy, then the amount of any T-Mobile Rewards decreased from your T-Mobile Rewards to pay for the purchase will be reimbursed by T-Mobile. In order to redeem your rewards, your T-Mobile wireless service cannot be suspended, and your ability to use a credit or debit card at T-Mobile has not been revoked. - ## Which purchases qualify for 5% and 2% back in T-Mobile Rewards? Qualifying Purchases include devices and accessories.
