The Palo Alto Networks PA-450R is a ruggedized next-generation firewall and secure routing platform designed for harsh, distributed, and mission-critical environments. Built on Palo Alto Networks’ PAN-OS® operating system, the PA-450R delivers advanced threat prevention, application-aware security, and Zero Trust networking at the industrial edge.
Engineered for deployment in utilities, manufacturing, transportation, oil and gas, and critical infrastructure, the PA-450R features a hardened, fanless design with extended temperature tolerance and resistance to shock and vibration. It supports flexible WAN connectivity options, including Ethernet and cellular (LTE/5G via external modems), and integrates seamlessly with Panorama™ and Prisma® Access for centralized management, visibility, and policy enforcement across distributed networks.
