Got questions?

  • T-Priority is T-Mobile’s dedicated network service for first responders, delivering always-on priority and preemption across our nationwide 5G network — including extensive rural coverage. T-Priority supports a wide range of compatible 5G devices, so agencies don’t need to invest in proprietary hardware to stay connected. Explore the full list of T-Priority-compatible smartphones, tablets, routers, and rugged devices on our T-Priority device compatibility page.

  • T-Priority requires a compatible device that supports all three 5G standalone (SA) bands used on T-Mobile’s network to deliver full priority service. There are over 100 certified T-Priority-ready devices, including smartphones, tablets, rugged laptops, and routers. This ensures first responders can access priority connectivity with the equipment that fits their mission needs.

  • T-Priority’s advanced features operate on T-Mobile’s industry-leading 5G standalone network, which provides the industry’s broadest nationwide coverage and strong performance in both urban and rural areas — particularly on our low-band n71 spectrum. While other networks rely more heavily on localized 5G standalone or LTE-based coverage, T-Priority gives first responders a platform to stay connected with the latest 5G technology across a wider range of environments. All T-Priority customers enjoy priority access and preemption features across T-Mobile’s full combined 4G LTE and 5G network.

  • Yes. T-Priority is available to verified public safety agencies and personnel, including EMS, law enforcement, firefighters, healthcare providers, and emergency management teams.
