We recommend protecting your phone or device at the time of purchase, but if you prefer to add Protection 360® afterward, the device will need to pass a visual mechanical inspection in a
T-Mobile store. Adding Protection 360® is optional and may be canceled at any time. -
The monthly cost for Protection 360® can range from $7 to $26 (+ applicable tax) per device, depending on your device type.

The service fee/deductible is based on your device model and type of claim, which will be collected at the time your claim is approved. Review complete plan details.

With Protection 360®, you get unlimited repair and replacement claims if your device is accidentally damaged (including front screen and back glass repair) or has mechanical and/or electrical failures. For loss and theft, you get up to five claims in any rolling 12-month period based on the date of the first replacement.

Apple may provide service and technical support for eligible devices with Protection 360® through AppleCare Services. If you have a non-
T-Mobile branded (BYOD) device, AppleCare Services may not be included. -

T-Mobile , accessible via the McAfee® Security forT-Mobile app, provides privacy and identity protection to give you the confidence to explore freely online — anywhere, anytime. McAfee® Security forT-Mobile with ID Theft Protection helps you: Keep your identity and devices secure from online threats, including the latest viruses and malware. -
JUMP!® Upgrades is an early device upgrade benefit for
T-Mobile Protection 360® customers. With JUMP!® Upgrades, you’re eligible to upgrade your qualifying current device that you purchased on a monthly payment plan once you've paid 50% of the device cost. -
As part of Protection 360® you get access to extra benefits available in the Protection 360® app by Assurant®. Those benefits include:
