  • Any T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer on a qualifying branded monthly rate plan can participate. Qualifying rate plans include most consumer and business monthly plans that include voice and data. Every qualifying line can participate if considered to be in "active status." To be eligible, customers must be at least 18 years old or legal age in their jurisdiction, and minors need to be at least 16 years of age with parental consent. Simply download the T-Life app, log in, and start enjoying the perks of being a member. Phone lines designated as “Kids’ Lines,” Government accounts, payday/paygo plans, select data only plans, plans without data, and T-Mobile Connect plans are not eligible.

  • Yes. Your free subscription to MLB.TV expires on February 28, 2026.

  • No. MLB will not automatically renew your subscription because you took part in this offer as a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer. If you’d like to continue your MLB.TV subscription next season, come back to the T-Life offer to redeem it again.

  • No. You must use a new email address for each MLB.TV subscription.

Reimbursement FAQs

    1. If a customer purchased MLB.TV before the offer window (February 10, 2026 – March 23, 2026) 
    2. If a customer tried to redeem the offer (between Tuesday, March 24, 2026 – Monday, March 31, 2026), but fell out of the redemption path by clicking on something and arrived at a MLB.TV website asking for payment (and the customer paid using their credit card information)
  • Yes! If you are a verified customer and…

    • Request a reimbursement through a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile Care rep, you will be issued a reimbursement and will have to redeem your free subscription through the T-Life MLB.TV offer redemption process on March 24 – March 30, 2026.
  • Same response as above.

  • You may continue to stream from your current subscription until Monday, March 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. You will then be eligible to sign up for the T-Mobile Tuesdays free MLB.TV offer between Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 5:00 AM ET through Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 4:59 AM ET.

  • Reimbursements will be processed within 72 business hours after the date of inquiry. Once processed, the money will either be returned via your original payment method within 5-7 business days or be returned to you via check in the mail within 10 business days. 

  • You will be issued a full reimbursement on either the credit card in which they used to purchase MLB.TV or by check in the mail.

  • Within 72 business hours, the T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile Customer Care rep will confirm if your MLB.TV subscription is verified / not verified. Once verified, you will receive an email from MLB confirming reimbursement once processed.

  • A T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile Customer Care rep will follow-up with you within 72 business hours to confirm if you were verified / not verified. You will also receive an email from MLB confirming reimbursement once processed.

  • You will be notified within 5-7 business days if your MLB.TV subscription is verified / not verified. Once verified you will receive an email from MLB confirming reimbursement once processed.

  • Don’t worry! – As long as you meet the qualifying criteria for reimbursement, we will make sure you receive your reimbursement and a free 2026 MLB.TV subscription. Qualifying criteria:

    1. If a customer purchased MLB.TV before Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
    2. If a customer tried to redeem the offer (between Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and Tuesday, March 31, 2026), but fell out of the redemption path by clicking on something and arrived at a MLB.TV website asking for payment (and the customer paid using their credit card information)

  • T-Mobile customers who subscribe to MLB.TV must first activate their account with MLB, as instructed by T-Mobile. Then, as an active MLB.TV subscriber, you can link your MLB Account to your ESPN Account. You can then start watching MLB.TV on ESPN. Note that T-Mobile MLB.TV subscribers will not have access to MLB Network.

    For users who have MLB.TV from MLB who need to activate to watch on ESPN:

    1. Go to MLB Account Management (Click on the profile icon located at the top right of MLB.com pages)
    2. You will see an option to activate your MLB.TV subscription on ESPN
    3. From there, follow the steps to link your MLB account with your MyDisney Account
    4. Once linked, you can now access content across both ESPN and MLB appa

     

    Reimbursement Escalation Path (Pre/During Offer Window)

    1. If MLB receives customer inquiry, ask customer to reach out to Customer Care by dialing 611 on a T-Mobile or 1- 800-937-8997 (for T-Mobile customers), or 1-888-863-8768 (for Metro by T-Mobile customers)

    1. If receive intake on T-Mobile social, push the customer to Direct Message (DM)

    1. Verify they are a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer
    2. File a ticket in Grand Central
    3. Inform the customer this information will be subject to the T-Mobile Privacy Policy
    4. Tier 3 to aggregate tickets into an Excel file and send to T-Mobile Care by 5pm PT each business day
    5. T-Mobile Cares to submit the customer’s information to MLB each business day
    6. MLB to do the following by 5pm ET / 2pm PT the following business day:
      1. Confirm which accounts are verified / not verified
      2. Cancel subscriptions and process reimbursements for verified accounts
      3. Send automated emails to customers with verified accounts confirming reimbursement, when expect to receive reimbursement, and directing customer to redeem free MLB.TV within T-Mobile Tuesdays in the T Life app 3/24/26 5:00 a.m. ET – 3/31/26, 4:59 a.m. ET.
    7. T-Mobile Care to respond to customer and close ticket once confirmed by Tier 3 (~3 business days / 72 business hours from ticket intake)

    Redemption Escalation Path (During Offer Window)

    1. If MLB receives customer inquiry, ask customer to reach out to Customer Care by dialing 611 on a T-Mobile phone or 1- 800-937-8997 (for T-Mobile customers), or 1-888-863-8768 (for Metro by T-Mobile customers)
    2. If receive intake on T-Mobile social, push the customer to Direct Message (DM)
    3. Verify they are a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer
    4. Verify if customer opened T Life (app / webpage) during the offer window and has issue with the URL
    5. T-Mobile Care can issue a ‘Make Good Code’ that automatically regenerates the unique code, which is embedded into the URL listed on the customer’s MLB.TV redemption card in the T Life app / webpage. Note: only one code can be successfully redeemed per customer. If a code is showing as Redeemed within the Tuesdays Care Tool, a new code cannot/should not be supplied
    6. Customer must then refresh their app / webpage by backing up and re-opening the MLB.TV redemption card
    7. Customer then has valid link and can continue with registration

     

    If the above process does not work:

    • Customer Care to file ticket in Grand Central, which will be routed to Tier 3
    • Issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Streaming Parameters

  • 1.       Use of a subscription on more than ten (10) devices

    • “Device” includes mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Roku, Apple TV 4, Chromecast, Samsung, Amazon FireTV, Android TV, Xumo, etc.

    2.       When using a mobile phone or tablet, use of a subscription exclusively from a non-T-Mobile, or Metro phone number in the first 30 days

    • Does not apply to laptops, desktop computers, Xbox One, Playstation 4, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon FireTV, Android TV, Chromecast, etc.

    3.       Excessive playlist requests in a 24-hour period. 

    • Prevents user from sharing the stream (e.g., Reddit)

    4.       Multiple distinct streaming locations in a week.

    • Watch alert triggered when a user account is geo-locating at 8 or more different zip codes and/or IP addresses in a week.
    • Distinct locations – NYC, London, Brazil, hopping around country to country in manner that doesn’t make sense compared to other customers.

    5.       Concurrency violations (4+) in a week.

    When 4+ users access one account at the same time.

  • 1.       If use is detected on ten (10) or more devices,

    • Email notification: Customer will receive an email warning confirming they have reached 10 /surpassed limit of 10 devices on their MLB.TV subscription, prompting them to change their MLB.TV password and confirming that if access from any more devices is detected, their subscription will be turned off
    • IOS in-app notification: Customers will receive an in-app notification on their iOS device that they have reached 10/surpassed limit of 10 devices on their MLB.TV subscription, prompting them to change their MLB.TV password and confirm that if access from any more devices is detected, their subscription will be turned off
    • Subscription turned off: If more devices are detected, customer will receive another email notification confirming this is their second warning, more devices were detected, and subscription will be cancelled

    2.       If use is detected only from a non-T-Mobile, or non-Metro by T-Mobile phone number in the first 30 days of use, when using a mobile phone or tablet:

    • In-app message: User will receive a pop-up in-app notification while watching MLB.TV confirming their subscription has only been accessed from a non-T-Mobile or non-Metro by T-Mobile phone number in the first 30 days of use, when using a mobile phone or tablet, and to please sign in from a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile device, otherwise their subscription will be turned off
    • Email notification: If user does not comply, user will then receive an email notification confirming their subscription has only been accessed from a non-T-Mobile or non-Metro by T-Mobile phone number in the first 30 days of use, when using a mobile phone or tablet, and to please sign in from a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile device, otherwise their subscription will be turned off
    • Subscription turned off: If user still does not comply, their MLB.TV subscription will be turned off and they will receive an email confirming their subscription has been turned off.

    3.       Excessive playlist requests in a 24-hour period.  

    • Typical usage should be between 2,500 and 7,000 requests.
    • Prevents user from sharing the stream (e.g., Reddit)
    • Playlist request every time user pulls stream; Fluctuates against various cell towers, and every time it fluctuates, another playlist is requested.
    • Standardized approach for all customers
    • One email and/or in app notification and cancel subscription immediately.
    • Plan (users will receive email and/or in app notification and entitlement will be turned off as this is an extreme instance of fraud):
    1. Email and/or in app notification & Entitlement Turned Off: Customer will receive email notification confirming that this instance of fraud has been detected on the account and entitlement will be turned off.
    •     Timing: turn off with email and/or in app notification within 24 hours of detection during 2026 season
     

    4.        Multiple distinct streaming locations in a week.

    • Watch alert triggered when a user account is geo-locating at 8 or more different zip codes and/or IP addresses in a week. 
    • Distinct locations – NYC, London, Brazil, hopping around country to country in manner that doesn’t make sense compared to other customers.
    • Extreme cases of fraud will be monitored and shared with T-Mobile for approval before action is taken 
    • Plan (users will receive email and/or in app notification and entitlement will be turned off as this is an extreme instance of fraud):
    1. Email and/or in app notification & Entitlement Turned Off: Customer will receive email notification confirming that this instance of fraud has been detected on the account and entitlement will be turned off.
    •     Timing: turn off with email and/or in app notification within 24 hours of detection during 2026 season

    5.        Concurrency violations (4+) in a week.

    • When 4+ users access one account at the same time.
    • Plan (users will be given 7 days in between email notification and turning off entitlement if behavior doesn’t change): 
    1.  Email Notification: Customer will receive an email warning the first time they stream their MLB.TV entitlement concurrently from 4+ devices, prompting them to change their MLB.TV password and confirm that if this behavior continues, their entitlement will be turned off (TMO and MLB to align on copy)
              Timing: email warning will be sent once detected
    1. In App Notification: iOS customers will receive a warning via in-app message the first time they stream their MLB.TV entitlement concurrently from 4+ devices, prompting them to change their MLB.TV password and confirm that if this behavior continues, their entitlement will be turned off
    2. Email Notification and/or in app notification & Entitlement Turned Off: If three (3) concurrency violations are detected in one week on the same account, customer will receive a final email notification confirming this is their second warning, more concurrency violations were detected, and entitlement will be turned off

    Revoked Subscription Escalation Process

    T-Mobile will treat on a case-by-case basis. If the customer claims to not be in violation of the streaming parameters and had their subscription wrongfully cancelled, T-Mobile Care representative to:

    1. If MLB receives customer inquiry, ask customer to reach out to Customer Care by dialing 611 on a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile phone or 1- 800-937-8997 (for T-Mobile customers), or 1-888-863-8768 (for Metro by T-Mobile customers)
    2. If receive intake on T-Mobile social, push the customer to Direct Message (DM)
    3. Verify they are a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer.
    4. File a ticket in Grand Central detailing the fraud scenario flagged to the customer
    5. Inform the customer this information will be subject to the T-Mobile Privacy Policy
    6. Tier 3 to aggregate tickets into an Excel file and send to T-Mobile Care by 5pm PT each business day
    7. T-Mobile Care to submit the customer’s information to MLB each business day
    8. MLB to confirm why subscription was revoked or reinstate subscription if revoked by mistake
    9. T-Mobile Care to respond to customer and close ticket once confirmed by Tier 3 (~2 business days / 48 business hours from ticket intake)
