DoorDash will send you a reminder communication towards the end of your promotional period. - ### I already have DashPass. Am I eligible for this perk? Yes, you can take advantage of this offer even if you already have DashPass. You’ll enjoy 12 months for free when you redeem the perk through T-Life. You can only be enrolled in one DashPass plan at a time. To see your current plan, go to Account -> Manage DashPass. If you already have a DashPass account and have paid for the month/year, as soon as you redeem the DashPass perk, you’ll transition onto the 12-month free trial and receive a refund for the prorated amount from your existing DashPass shortly after. Note: Your current DashPass membership may have additional benefits you may lose if you switch plans. - ### What if I don’t have a DoorDash account? It’s no problem. If there are changes to your T-Mobile rate plan that disqualify you from the DashPass perk, your DashPass membership will automatically switch to a paid DashPass Annual plan at the then-current monthly plan membership fee (currently $9.99/month + tax), billed on a recurring basis until canceled. DoorDash will send you a reminder before your plan transitions, giving you time to cancel and avoid any charges. No. Only one DoorDash DashPass On Us perk is available per T-Mobile account. - ### I redeemed my DashPass through the T-Life app during a previous enrollment window. When am I eligible for another 12 months of free DashPass? Good news! To continue receiving the benefit, eligible members will have the opportunity to enroll for another free 12 months during next year’s enrollment window!
