Dining Rewards FAQs

  • It's a simple, card-linked cash back program. In three easy steps, members start earning:

    1. Create a dining rewards account in T-Life > Benefits > Dining.
    2. Link a credit or debit card.
    3. Pay with that card at one of 20,000+ participating restaurants.

    Cash back accrues automatically with every qualifying purchase. No coupons, no codes, nothing to show the server. Once the T-Mobile Dining Rewards account balance reaches $10, the cash back is credited to their linked card that was last used with T-Mobile Dining Rewards.

    Earn rates: 10% cash back on Tuesdays (to align with T-Mobile Tuesdays) and 5% cash back every other day of the week at participating restaurants using their linked card. T-Mobile Visa® and T-Mobile Money members earn an extra 1% when they pay with their linked T-Mobile Visa or T-Mobile Money debit card.
    Reservation Bonus: For a limited time, members can earn $5 cash back per completed reservation booked through T-Mobile Dining Rewards (terms apply).

  • T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile members who are U.S. residents 18 or older on qualifying plans. This is a line-level benefit available to every eligible member — not just for Primary Account Holders.

  • Yes, they stack. Members may earn their card issuer's own rewards in addition to T-Mobile Dining Rewards cash back to the T-Mobile Dining Rewards account.

    An exception: a card can only be enrolled in one Rewards Network loyalty dining program at a time. If the card is currently linked to an airline dining program like AAdvantage Dining or MileagePlus Dining, enrolling it in T-Mobile Dining Rewards removes it from that airline program.

  • T-Mobile Dining Rewards members can earn a reservation bonus - $5 cash back per completed reservation through T-Mobile Dining Rewards. To qualify, members must:

    1. Log in to their T-Mobile Dining Rewards account.
    2. Book a reservation through T-Mobile Dining Rewards.
    3. Check in at the participating restaurant at the day and time of the reservation.
    4. Pay the bill with a credit or debit card linked to their T-Mobile Dining Rewards account.
    5. Be opted in to T-Mobile Dining Rewards emails.

    The cash back bonus is limited to 1 completed reservation per day and up to 8 per calendar month. It combines with other T-Mobile Dining Rewards perks (Tuesday 10% and T-Mobile Visa/Money +1%). The cash back bonus posts to the member’s T-Mobile Dining Rewards account within 8 weeks of the completed reservation. Note, some participating restaurants offer rewards only on certain days, so members may not earn standard cash back on the day/time of their reservation even when the $5 bonus applies.   • Cash back is automatically tracked in the T-Mobile Dining Rewards account and credited to the member’s last used linked credit/debit card once $10 has accrued.

  • The T-Mobile Dining Rewards program is powered by Rewards Network. Account issues, cash back discrepancies, and card management are handled through Rewards Network. Members can contact Rewards Network through the Contact us page on the T-Mobile Dining Rewards website, which currently offers call and email options. More details >
