AAA provides 24/7 roadside assistance nationwide. In times when you need auto repair, roadside service, or mobile battery service, a AAA tow truck or service vehicle will help.

This benefit is generally available to consumer accounts, family accounts, and select small business accounts with eligible voice plans. Business customers may qualify only if the account was activated with a Social Security Number (SSN) and has 1 to 12 voice lines. Corporate Liable accounts activated with a Tax ID are not eligible, even if the plan name appears on the eligible list. Eligible plans may include select Experience, Go5G, Magenta, ONE Plus, and Business Unlimited plans. Check the offer details to confirm whether your specific plan and account type qualify.

Go to promotions.t-mobile.com/AAA, enter your T-Mobile number, and sign in with your T-Mobile ID. Review and accept the terms, then complete the required personal information. After submission, you’ll be taken to the AAA redemption page, where you can choose either new membership enrollment or existing member renewal. If you’re already a AAA member, you’ll need your AAA member number or your full name and ZIP code to continue.

There is a maximum of one offer redemption per T-Mobile account and one per AAA member household.

A Basic or Classic AAA membership covers you, not just one vehicle. That means you can use eligible roadside assistance in any covered vehicle you’re driving or riding in, as long as that vehicle type is included under your plan.

Yes. If you already have AAA, you can apply this offer to your next Basic or Classic renewal as long as you’re still on an eligible T-Mobile plan when your membership renews. If you have a Plus or Premier membership, the offer covers the Basic or Classic portion and you would pay the difference for the higher tier.

This benefit is combinable with most of our service and device promotions. The year of AAA on us is not combinable with the AAA member port-in credit offer.
