What does a Basic or Classic AAA Membership include?

AAA provides 24/7 roadside assistance nationwide. In times when you need auto repair, roadside service, or a new car battery, a AAA tow truck or service vehicle will help. Your membership gets you discounts and deals at shops, restaurants, hotels, on movie tickets, and more. Which T-Mobile plans and customers are eligible for this benefit?

T-Mobile customers with an active voice line on one of these qualifying plans are eligible: Magenta, Magenta MAX, Magenta 55+, Magenta MAX 55+, Magenta First Responder, Magenta MAX First Responder, Magenta Military, Magenta MAX Military, ONE, ONE Plus, Magenta and Magenta MAX Deaf or Hard of Hearing, Magenta Amplified, and small businesses customers with up to 12 voice lines on Business Unlimited Advanced, Business Unlimited Ultimate, Magenta for Business, and Magenta MAX for Business.

Essentials and Simple Choice plans are not eligible.

Which Sprint plans are eligible for this offer?

Customers with an active voice line on one of these qualifying plans are eligible: Sprint MAX and Sprint ONE (including 55+ and Military), Unlimited for All Basic/Plus/Premium (including Military), Unlimited Freedom, Unlimited My Way, Unlimited 55+, Unlimited Value, Unlimited Savings, Everything Data, and Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Sprint Essentials is not an eligible plan.

How do I redeem my one year AAA Basic or Classic membership?
  1. Visit promotions.t-mobile.com/AAA
  2. Enter your T-Mobile or Sprint mobile number
  3. Log in with your T-Mobile or Sprint ID
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions and continue
  5. Fill in your personal information and continue
  6. After successful submission, you will see a direct link on screen that will redirect you to the AAA landing page
  7. Click on “I’m not a AAA member” to complete new membership sign up or click “I’m already a AAA member” to redeem the offer toward your next renewal
  8. Follow the guided steps for new member enrollment—existing members will just need your AAA member number or full name and zip code

I have multiple lines on my account, do I get a free AAA membership for each line?

There is a maximum of one offer redemption per T-Mobile/Sprint account and one per AAA member household.

How many vehicles are covered under one Basic or Classic AAA membership?

Your AAA membership covers you rather than your car. That means you’re covered for road services in any vehicle you’re driving or riding in as long as that type of vehicle is covered under your plan.

What if I am already an AAA member?

No problem. You’re eligible for this offer too and we’ll cover your next Basic or Classic renewal payment. This offer covers the primary household member if you remain on an eligible T-Mobile rate plan at the time of the AAA membership renewal. If you are a Plus or Premier AAA member, the Basic or Classic portion of your membership will be covered, and you’ll just pay the difference.

Can I combine this with another promotion?

This benefit is combinable with most of our service and device promotions. The year of AAA on us is not combinable with the AAA member port-in credit offer.
