Such notice can be satisfied by presenting a link to the publisher’s privacy policy that reflects the necessary data collection practices by third party providers and/or by subsequently linking to the Magenta Advertising Platform Privacy Policy and Opt-Out pages within the publisher’s privacy policy. A link to the publisher’s privacy policy should also be presented to users before the application is installed, as a part of the process of downloading an application to a device. Recommended sample privacy language is provided below: ## Recommended Privacy Language Our Audience Marketplace recommends publishers include the following language or similar in their privacy policy, accessible from within the app as well as from the App Store download page: ## Information Collected by and Shared with Third Parties for Interest-Based Advertising We work with third parties to collect certain non-identifying information about your interests to provide targeted advertising and analytics services on our site or within our application, or across other sites and other applications. These entities may use technologies to collect information about your use of our mobile applications, including device attributes such as: operating system, hardware version, device settings, IP address, time zone, device carrier, applications installed on the device, and device advertising identifiers. We may share and allow our third party partners to share this non-identifying information with other third parties that perform targeted advertising activities across other apps and websites. ## Collection and Use of Data Across Devices Data collected from a particular device may be used on a different device that is linked to the device on which the data was originally collected. Any choice made by a User regarding our collection of data on one device will be reflected on the other device(s) linked to that device. ## Android Enhanced Notice For publishers implementing the Audience Marketplace Android SDK, additional enhanced notice is required to be provided to the user upon first run of the app. This may appear as a pop up or other prevalent notice that is immediately visible to the user. Recommended language for this notice is as follows: In order to enable more personalized advertising experiences, this app collects and shares anonymous information about your device with third parties, including OS version, device type, and other apps installed on the device.  You can disable this data collection at any time by choosing “Limit Ad Tracking” in your device settings. By using this app, you agree to these terms. We provide an implementation of this notice in our SDK.
