First responder verification

Verify your first responder affiliation annually to qualify for select discounts and offers. As part of the process, you may need to upload documents that show your:
- Identification card with a valid date
- Paystub from within the last 90 days
- An official letter of service
- Verification of name change, if applicable
If you are the child or spouse of a first responder killed in the line of duty, please dial 611 to speak directly with a TEX expert who will be able to assist with the verification process.
