The T-Mobile VoiceMail system allows callers to leave you a voicemail message at any time, whether you are on the phone or your phone is turned off. Your callers have the option to record a voice message or send a numeric message to your phone. You will be alerted on your phone when a caller has left you a message.
With Enhanced VoiceMail, you get all the benefits of our standard VoiceMail service, plus:
- increased message storage capacity
- increased greeting length
- FaxMail

How to get started
Once your T-Mobile phone has been activated, you are ready to receive voicemail messages. In order to access and retrieve your messages, you will need to complete two simple steps.
Step 1: Press and hold the "1" key on your mobile phone for about one second, or until your phone dials VoiceMail.
Step 2: Follow the recorded voice prompts.
