topWhat web2go access is included with my rate plan?

topWhat is included with add-on web2go data services?
Adding a data service to your account is a great way to stay connected to all of the information that’s important to you.
When you purchase an add-on data service, you’ll be able to access the Internet on your phone, and you’ll also be able to customize your web2go experience with the online content that’s important to you. If you’d like to send and receive e-mail on your phone and you have an e-mail capable phone, you’ll need an add-on data service in order to send and receive e-mail.
The data service you need depends on your phone. Once you’ve selected a phone and a plan, we’ll show you compatible services.
topIs the Internet on my phone the same as on my computer?
All of the phones that T-Mobile currently sells can access the Internet websites if you have the appropriate data service. In some cases, the Web sites you visit are optimized to fit on the screen of your phone, making the experience seem different than on your home computer.
Most companies will optimize their sites to be viewed on a mobile phone, but not all Web sites will be optimized. In cases where the site has not been optimized to fit on a small screen, the page may display incorrectly and some images or links will not display.
topHow many megabytes (MB) of data do I need?
A megabyte (MB) is the measurement used for the amount of information that is sent and received from the Internet when you browse the Web and download content like ringtones, wallpaper, and games. T-Mobile offers data services with different amounts of data. The 100 MB service is available if you want to access the mobile Web frequently to browse your favorite Web sites and search for music and videos. If you only want to access the mobile Web occasionally to get breaking news and stock quotes, you may want to choose the 50 MB service.
topDo all data services work with my plan?
Most services work with most plans. If you choose a plan first, we’ll show you only the services that work with that plan.
topHow do I add data services to my account?
If you’re already a T-Mobile customer, it’s easy to add a data service to your account. Just log in to My T-Mobile, go to My Account, and click Change Services. The data services that are designed to work with your phone and rate plan will display.
