The Galaxy Note 2 = The BMW of Cellphones!!!
After waiting a couple of months for this phone to come out, I can honestly say that the wait was WELL WORTH IT!!! The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the right phone for a person(s) who like bigger phones, lives a fast-paced lifestyle, and like myself; enjoys gadgets. I can write notes directly on the phone with ease, Skype (even better), customize the number of screen pages, relish in android Jellybean 4.1, and do it all with excellent battery life. I HIGHLY recommend this phone to anyone that concludes it will meet your needs/wants because it will DEFINITELY exceed your expectations!!! By the way the money is WELL worth the investment. Thank you SAMSUNG & T-MOBILE!!!

The Holy Grail of smartphones!
After messing around with my buddies Galaxy Note II for what was practically the whole afternoon (until he took it back haha), I decided to jump to the Note 2 ship. I have always had smart phones ranging from every OS and carrier. My Android experience goes all the way back to the first Droid by Motorola on Verizon back when data was unlimited. I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy Nexus to this and wow am I glad I upgraded.
From the get go the phone does seem hefty and almost too large. Once you have a good hour or two of play with the phone you realize that it is only your eyes adjusting to the magnificent size. My girlfriend got it as well and she was upgrading from a flip text phone to this and she got used to the phone immediately.
The quality of the phone is quite excellent from the vibrant and sharp screen down to the excellent battery life. I understand that the battery life may dwindle over the life of the battery but the run time on a single charge is impressive for the power/screen size ratio to battery size.
The performance of this device shows no mercy and blazes along with anything you throw at it. Quadrant scores are impressive at surpassing any competition, even large 10.1" tablets. The phone handles processing quite well without over using the phone speed and draining the battery. With 2 GB of phone memory as well, you will not have to worry about running out of program memory any time soon.
I love how the note allowed me to insert a Micro SD card which my Nexus did not. From day to day I have my work email, documents, and forms constantly saved so it is good to have the extra space.
Preloaded programs I guess would be my only con on this phone as the Nexus allowed complete removal of unwanted applications. I do realize I could root the phone but the Samsung experience is so amazing that I do not miss stock android build that much.
On the flip side the applications that are preloaded for the Samsung S-pen is amazing. I love to take pictures and write notes to remind myself. My girlfriend always writes on a photo with a love you message. The S-pen is simply fantastic and responsive with no visible detection lag. I love the pen size as my hands are quite big and the pen fits nicely without me feeling cramped.
Camera on the phone is also quite good and for being a phone camera I would say it looks better than most point and shoots. I do noticed a little washout of photos but I understand that this is not a professional camera ( I have my Canon DSLR for that.) Video recording is simply amazing without missing any frames during recording. The GPU + CPU keep up with full HD recording and never looks like it struggles to capture. Front facing camera is excellent and video chatting is a blast.
S-Voice is a little weird and does take time for it to learn what you want. I seldom user the S-Voice but find it quite convenient when I need to voice-text/call someone. Sometimes it will find a contacts first name and include the last name within the message thinking it wanted you to start the message with the persons last name. I know eventually this will get ironed out.
Speaker wise, this phone has amazing speaker volume. At first I could not believe how loud it was until I compared it to my last phone. At high volumes it does tend to get distorted a tad but even then it is so minimal you do not really hear it.
Overall, this phone is simply amazing. To a geek, it will feel heavenly and to a non-geek they will absolutely wonder why they did not buy this sooner. I usually never write reviews but this phone has surpassed every expectation of mine.
T-Mobile is also a fantastic service in my area (Metro - Detroit) and have no problems. Average download/upload speeds are 17Mbps d/l & 3.5 u/l

This phone is just the right size for me and everything about it is above par. I installed adobe flash installer from the "play store" and you could watch anything you want. Battery life is great. Best phablet out there!! Can't wait for the next one!!!

Absolute Perfection
I LOVE this phone. Samsung has done it once again. A huge screen, screaming fast processor, and incredible updates! I love the preview with the stylus, and Samsung NAILED it by putting the numbers right above the letters on the keyboard so I don't have to keep switching. Camera shutter is lightning quick and pictures are clear and crisp. There is NO downside to this phone.
