Works great 'til after 30 days
After 30 days it starts to glitch and if you are lucky black screen :) amzing service with Tmobile if you have no insurance even greater experience top of the line junk if you get the lucky one that malfunctions.........

Initially had doubts...soon changed.
A bit pricey if you have no plans to marry T-Mobile for two years (I'm already with them, I just wanted a better phone); fast and efficient, gorgeous and sleek design, and versatile utilities. Definitely better than its fruit-titled counterpart.
Only thing I'll recommend is that customers switching over to this phone without a contract need to activate the microSIM as the old SIM will not fit. You can cut it to size, but it's easier just to activate the new one with your account than go through that process.
Also, purchase a very, very durable case for this phone or purchase handset protection if you're not interested in that. This thing is fragile and can break from a chest-high fall. Don't risk it! It's a gorgeous phone and long-lasting, otherwise. The battery life has also vastly improved too.

Love it!!
I really love this phone. I have had it about a week. It was not hard to figure out. The touch screen is very accurate. When doing a text message, I never have to hit the back button. It gets it right the first time.

BEST PHONE EVER!!!!!
I bought this phone in Sept 2012, it is by far the best phone of all times Samsung really did there thing!!!!! There is nothing to complain about it's stylish, sleek, super fast, the best apps, easy to use, I just can't say enough about it, my 15 yr old son and husband both have one too and we are all in agreement when we say this is the TOP PHONE! My daughter has the iPhone and we have compared and CLEARLY our Samsung beats it hands down, Apple is ok but nothing to write about unlike the Android market which ROCKS! My daughter can't wait until her contract is up so she can get a SAMSUNG.
