Excellennnntttt
This phone is great! I came from a Samsung Galaxy S2, and after everyone and their mother telling me to get the S3, or wait until the S4 came out, I decided to pick up this baby.
The thing is, on Samsung I craved a pure android experience (I HATE TOUCHWIZ), and with the Nexus that is exactly what you get and I can't imagine going back. Not only that, the phone itself is extremely smooth, fast, and easy to use. I could go on and on, but I will sum up that pure android is the best and the speed is no joke.
Now the cons. Not a whole lot that I have experienced, honestly. Compared to Samsung, the screen may be slightly lacking, or maybe just different to my eye, but not by much. And there's always the fact that you can not expand the memory, but for some this is no biggie.
I've read a lot about the phone being quite fragile, but any smart phone is these days without a case. So get a case and stop dropping your phone everywhere, simple as that.
All in all, I adore this phone and will probably be sticking with the Nexus line for a while.

The Phone to Buy!!!!!
This is buy far the best phone I have ever owned.Take into consideration that I owned an iPhone 4 before this new one. I have had this phone for a little over a week now and from the moment I've had the phone in my hands I just cannot put it down. The phone is ridiculously fast with a QUAD-CORE 1.5 CPU I have to say WOW! I have seen no lag at all with the phone since I got it, it's just so snappy. Additionally it has 2GB of ram meaning you can multitask all day with this phone. I have had up to 15 applications open simultaneously and the phone showed no signs of having trouble handling it at all. Then there is that gorgeous 4.7 inch screen that you will not be able to stop staring at. The display is so vibrant and crisp with a PPI of 320 there is no way you are ever going to see a pixel on this display. Lets not forget about how beautiful the design of the phone is. This phone screams elegance, all back, with glass on the front and back. Then I saw the astonishing star looking finish on the back. I have to say I was sold right after that. Some last minute things to take into consideration first of all the battery is non-removeable which is a bummer but it is a 2300mAh battery which lasts me a whole day from 8am to 9pm with medium use. Another Con is that there is no expandable memory so be sure to get the version that fits your storage capacity the best. Also, since this phone is made by google and it's in the nexus line up. You can always be sure that this phone will always be to up to date with the latest version of android. Finally the price point for this device is insane you really are getting moneys worth if not, then more and this is a device that will definitely be a competitor in the market for the next two years with no problems.

Best phone I've ever purchased, without question.
Let me start this off by saying that I formerly used an iPhone (given to me by my employer), and I had 2 Android phones prior to this one. I liked the openness of Android, but on all of the devices I've used it with - it just seemed too laggy, and not nearly as smooth as the iPhone. But from the moment I picked up this phone and started playing around with it - I had to own it. It is every bit as smooth as the iPhone (even after I've installed all of my apps and loaded it up with music, videos, and call/text history). The display is very sharp, although the pixel density is just below the iPhone 5's - you wouldn't be able to tell unless you looked at it from less than an inch away (which would be ridiculous anyway). The phone's build quality is very impressive as well. The glass on the back has a shimmering pattern (which is cool), and there are no big gaps in the construction or excessive play. But perhaps this phone's best characteristic: it's VERY quick! Just about everything opens up instantly, and it's hard not to just sit there and swipe from one thing to the next as fast as you can! Call quality is excellent, and the advanced Bluetooth works very nicely with my car - since the phone never has to leave my pocket (music player auto-starts, and you can control everything from the radio). Plus, considering what you get - the price is excellent!

Good phone, but...
Had this phone for 11 days. All was fine for the first four or five days and then the bluetooth started working intermittently. Now it doesn't send audio to my car speakers at all. Without this feature it is of little use to me. Older and cheaper devices work just fine in my car. Don't spend the money untill LG or Google fixes this issue. Do some research it's not an isolated case.
