Everything runs smooth.
I ran into a problem with the touch screen where it would go black when trying to put on speaker mode. It might have thought I was putting it to my face. (it does the black out so you don't press numbers when talking) So I contacted T-Mobile and they are sending another one out right away. They was fast on service and called back to see if we could resolve before hand. This phone with T-Mobile just rocks. That was the only problem and I didn't see anyone else having the same issue. Other that that the Newstand app and others run really nice. I have always had a Blackberry for a long time. I also decided to get an Android. I used it for a while but the battery life is nothing like a Blackberry. It would run out watching shows or running apps. The Blackberry battery life is long lasting.
There was a few things on setting up email that I had to get use to but I was able to get all of them up an running.
I side loaded a few android apps because I believe Google, Amazon Audible, and some others will never support BB10. Most of them work well and that is not the fault of this phone but the people making the apps.

solid phone
Fast able browser, great keyboard flick type makes one handed typing a snap. Rock solid OS, no lag crashes or reboots. And gestures are awesome no barbaric home buttons.
