Pay per international message
Send and receive only a few international messages? If your plan includes domestic texting, you can send international texts at a per-message rate of $0.20 per message. This rate covers text, picture, video, and instant messages. International text messages that you receive will be deducted from your plan’s allotment.
If your plan does not include domestic texting, you may send and receive international texts at a per-message rate of $0.20 per message.
