solid phone
Fast able browser, great keyboard flick type makes one handed typing a snap. Rock solid OS, no lag crashes or reboots. And gestures are awesome no barbaric home buttons.

Surprisingly Great Phone
I bought the Z10 recently upon switching to T-Mobile, and wasn't really sure what to expect from it. I have been working in mobility for quite a while now selling phones, and have had a lot of experience using the current major smart phones, but not so much Blackberries. I have personally owned the S3, the Lumia 920, the Nexus 4, and the iPhone 5. All of which were pretty solid phones and I enjoyed for their own reasons. So after coming from using some pretty quality phones, I still found myself being thoroughly impressed with the Z10. The phone itself is different enough to be refreshing without being overdone. Everything is built very well. The phone is incredibly fast, and I have not witnessed any lock ups or stuttering. The design is very nice, it looks good, and is light without feeling cheap like I noticed with the S3. The camera works very well, pictures come out very nicely, and there are some really cool face detection settings that I got a good kick out of, and some good pictures as well. The display is very crisp, and definitely holds up against some other top of the line competitors, while unfortunately not being full 1080p HD like some of the latest offerings. The keyboard is one of my favorite parts of the phone actually. It is incredibly responsive, and I found flicking the keyboard suggestions to be a quick way to get my texts out. For anyone not familiar with Black Berry phones before this, you don't really need too much experience to jump right in to using the phone. Once you have an understanding of the gestures, which are of course explained to you upon your first launch of the phone, everything is very easy to navigate, and multi-tasking is a breeze. I had almost no experience with Blackberry before, but had no trouble getting used to anything built in long before by RIM. Really the only problem I could find with this phone was the app support, which is the obvious. It looks like there is more coming, and even since the launch only a few months ago they have seen a lot of improvement.
So if you are thinking of buying the phone, there are definitely a lot of strong options available besides it, but if you want a new experience that is very smooth and efficient, and aren't too concerned about apps than I would definitely check the Z10 out. Or if you are an avid Blackberry user now, you will not be disappointed with this offering. But if you have a need for apps, or just don't really feel comfortable with changing from your iPhone, Android or Windows Phone, than this might not be for you.

Best Smart Phone I've Ever Used
I've been a Blackberry user for years and was ready to give up on them but the Z10 and BB10 OS are simply amazing. Trying to use people's iphones is a tedious task, the BB10 OS is buttery smooth and never skips a beat, it is just so much easier to go from one task to another. My productivity is superior to my old Bold 9780 and far superior to any other smartphone OS I've used.

This phone never ceases to amaze me
This phone is a breeze to use. From the HUB, to web browsing, it is fast and does everything elegantly. Having an iPhone 4S prior, there is simply no question; the Z10 blows it out of the water.
