How to get started
You can sign up for PHP within 14 days of your new service activation or valid upgrade. Valid upgrades are handsets purchased through Customer Care, T-Mobile.com, T-Mobile retail stores, or selected authorized resellers.

Pricing
A low monthly fee will be added to your T-Mobile account—no separate bills to pay. This fee includes the cost of the insurance premium payable to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and administration fees payable to Asurion Insurance Services, Inc.* There is a deductible for claims filed, with no deductible for malfunction claims within the manufacturer's warranty period.
Asurion Insurance Services, Inc.* is the agent and provides claims servicing under this program. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company is the underwriter of this product.
