Simple Choice with No Credit Check plan options offer the same pricing as our standard Simple Choice plan options, but do not require a credit check and are limited to four lines. Like our Simple Choice options, Simple Choice No Credit options offer unlimited talk, text, and web while on our network, however certain features like JUMP!™ and international roaming are not available.

No. In order to use EIP, you must have qualifying credit and use our standard Simple Choice plan options.

We’ve made it simple for you to switch to T-Mobile. First you select a phone or device—you can either shop for a new one or bring your own. If you bring your own, you should first check if it’s eligible. Then choose how much full-speed data you want and head to our secure checkout. Finally, just give us your old account information and we’ll contact your carrier to complete the process.

No. JUMP!, the program that lets you upgrade your phone twice every 12 months, is  only available to customers on approved credit, with a two-year EIP agreement  as part of a financed phone purchase.

No. International voice and data roaming is only available to customers with a qualifying Simple Choice plan on approved credit.
