  How does kidConnect stop my kid from incurring overage charges?
  Once your kid uses up their monthly Whenever Minutes allotment (plus any additional refill Whenever Minutes that
    may have been purchased), their Whenever Minutes are shut off so they can’t incur extra charges. However, they can
    still call you, and other T-Mobile® customers, and call 9-1-1.
  Can my kids text message with this plan?
  Yes. Kids can trade all or any portion of their Whenever Minutes allotment (plus any additional refill
    Whenever Minutes that may have been purchased) for text or picture messages – so they can choose how to stay in
    touch with their friends and you, without running up extra charges. Kids can send or receive 1 text message (to  anyone nationwide) for each Whenever Minute they trade in.
    -Note: If you add a messaging bundle to your account, Whenever Minutes will only be
    traded after the included messages have been used.
  Does this come with a ‘kiddie phone?’
  Let’s face it – kids don’t want kid phones – they want cool phones. This plan works with any phone you choose to
    purchase – so you can decide together on a phone you both like for them.
    Can my kid use my old cell phone?
  Yes, if your old phone is from T-Mobile, they can use it on this plan.
  Does my kid need to have Whenever Minutes left to stay in touch with me?
  No they don’t. You can always call your kid on your T-Mobile phone, and they can always call your T-Mobile phone,
    so you never need to buy more Whenever Minutes to be able to reach them. Please note that at least one parent must
    be a T-Mobile subscriber.
  What if I want to give my kid more Whenever Minutes to use for calls or text messages?
  If you choose to buy more minutes for your kid, getting them is easy. You can refill online at T-Mobile.com,
    over the phone at 1-877-778-2106, or look for T-Mobile Prepaid refill cards at over 90,000 locations nationwide.
    The Refill rate per minute is the same as the Recurring Whenever Minutes rate in the plan.

Domestic text/instant/picture/video messages sent or received will incur charge of $.15/each, international text/instant messages sent will incur charge of $.15/each, and international picture/video messages sent will incur charge of $.15/each, all of which charges will be deducted (at Plan Rate) from your Recurring WHENEVER Minutes or Refill WHENEVER Minutes (as applicable), regardless of whether data actually is received. Length of text/instant messages, and file size of attachments, may be limited. T-Mobile not responsible for content of any text/instant/picture/video messages or attachments. Each directory assistance call incurs charge of $1.49 (plus airtime), which will be deducted (at Plan Rate) from your Recurring or Refill WHENEVER Minutes (as applicable).
