    Log in to My T-Mobile and add WorldClass service to your plan and services.
  2. Use the menu below to check the coverage, frequencies, and carriers for voice and Internet services where you'll be traveling.
  3. Make sure your device supports the frequencies used at your destinations.

Roaming in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands:

While basking in the sun and enjoying the beaches, you can talk to your friends and family without worrying about roaming charges! All outgoing and incoming minutes used are deducted from your regular Nationwide plan bucket just like if you were home. Customers with Regional plans pay the standard national roaming rate.


Roaming is now available on selected cruise ships.

Messages while roaming*

If you’re outside of the US and want to send a picture, video, IM or text message, we have three words for you: go right ahead! Just remember, international roaming rates apply.

Data transmissions, including e-mail and Internet surfing, are billed by volume: $0.01 per KB / $10.24 per MB in Canada, $0.015 per KB / $15.36 per MB in other countries.‡
