Coverage needs are personal, and T-Mobile lets you prove it for yourself with street level coverage details. Try out our
Personal Coverage Check (PCC) tool online and see T-Mobile's coverage in places where you live, work, and play.
This expanded coverage area allows you to use your T-Mobile phone in even more places around the United States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands than ever before.
Your T-Mobile phone should work in a T-Mobile Roaming area, provided there is an adequate signal, so you can make and receive calls as you normally do.
Absolutely not! With T-Mobile, you will always Get More from our service. Domestic calls placed or received while roaming in the T-Mobile Roaming area will be deducted from your prepaid minutes at the standard domestic rate. Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are considered domestic territories and will not incur additional roaming charges.
There are multiple ways to call your voicemail while roaming.
- Press and hold the 1 key OR dial 1-805-MESSAGE from your T-Mobile phone.
- If you receive your own outgoing message, interrupt it by pressing the star key (*).
- If the star key does not work, hang up, redial, and use the pound key (#).
- Enter your four-digit password.
If you are unable to reach your voicemail using these methods, call your T-Mobile phone number from a landline and follow steps 2-4.
Of course! To call Customer Care simply dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone.
Some services are only available in select T-Mobile markets.
850MHz roaming allows T-Mobile customers to access roaming service in areas that previously were not accessible.
