T-Mobile to Introduce More-Flexible Contract Terms for Customers
The Recognized Leader in Wireless Customer Care Announces a New, More-Flexible Policy
BELLEVUE, Wash. Nov. 7, 2007 T-Mobile USA, Inc. today announced upcoming changes that will result in a new and more flexible policy for customers entering into contracts for service with T-Mobile USA.
Under the companys new guidelines, early termination fees (ETFs) will decline during the course of a customers contract with T-Mobile. The new ETF policy, and the specific details of the policy, are expected to be finalized and introduced in the first half of 2008. When they become effective, the terms will apply to new customers as well as current customers renewing contracts with T-Mobile.

- T-Mobile myFavesSM, an exclusive offering available only from T-Mobile, offers unlimited nationwide calling to ones five favorite people, to any phone in the U.S. even landlines.
- T-Mobile HotSpot @HomeSM is a service and plan that offers customers great wireless coverage and unlimited domestic calling over Wi-Fi from home. Customers also can get the same benefits while mobile at all of the nearly 8,500 T-Mobile HotSpot locations across the country.
- Personal Coverage Check (PCC), a helpful tool available at t-mobile.com and at T-Mobile stores, empowers customers to check if T-Mobile coverage is right for them before they sign up for service. PCC lets people check T-Mobile wireless coverage at their home and work addresses, for instance; and search by address, intersection or landmark.
- T-Mobile FlexPaySM is a program that offers customers access to nationwide long-distance calling and roaming, the latest phones, and T-Mobiles great rate plans including myFaves all without having to commit to a long-term service agreement or make a hefty deposit. T-Mobile also offers a variety of convenient pay-as-you-go plans and services, including FlexPay.
