    Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall amazing phone; if you can handle the size I have had this phone for a little over 10 months now and it has been great. There is a small learning curve to master some of the feature but once you have all those figured out there shouldn't be any problems whatsoever. The interface is super simple and easy to and also has a lot of cool customizable features. The battery is great and days when I am in school for about 7 hours I start the day with a full charge at about 6:30 and can go until 10:00 before it dies. I also have started using an app called Battery doctor and Clean Master which help maintain the memory and storage space that is bing used and help hold up that battery percentage. So I can go almost the whole day with moderate to heavy use. Call quality on the T-Mobile network is amazing and is very crisp and clear while talking with other people on the T-Mobile network. I live Northwest of Denver, CO about 5 miles from the foothills almost everywhere I have been I have been able to get very good 4G and LTE except when I get farther up into the mounatins but that will happen with all carriers since the areas are less populated. There areas that I am usually have very good reception. And often have at least 4 out of 5 4GLTE bars social media apps and websites load very quickly. The camera can take amazing photos that I can zoom into fairly close without loosing quality and vidoea are very sharp and clear in most environments. Video and picture viewing is also very nice and even with the big screen there is very little quality reduction when I crop and zoom in on photos. I am able to play high intensity games with high graphics without any overheating, lagging or slowing down even after an hour or two. Graphic intensive games do seem to drain the battery a bit quicker though. I find it very useful sometimes to open a small window on top of another app that I am using to look something up, us the calculator, or respond to a text and then continue what I was doing or used the dual window mode and use two apps harmoniously right next to each other without anything being too small. Texting is very easy and it is nice that I can use the S-Pen to handwrite a text and then have it turned into text. The only thing is that the Samsung keyboard may be a little slow if you can text at least relatively fast but I resolved that issue by just going to the Google Play Store and download the Google Keyboard to use which also has larger button keys which you may also like. If I am using Google Chrome web browsing is very smooth and quick- the readability of text is very high and a hardly ever find myself haveig to zoom in. Overall amazing phone and I don't feel like I'm missing out on much by not having the Note 4. September 11, 2014

If you are going to buy Note3 or any other phone you MUST buy and use on the T-MOBILE network...by far T-Mobile is the best network for the use of any smartphone, T-Mobile offer the best UNLIMITED plans. I have used at&t, sprint and verizon and I have to say that T-Mobile tops them all. First verizon tells you to stream all the NFL plays on you device but on what data the ($$$$$) empty offers watch and pay. they tell you on their post paid plans that an average phone user uses 1-2GB per month...WHAT? I use that 2GB a month to check my email, on the other hand they tell their post paid and prepaid users balbalbal pay for more data, pay for overages COME ON GIVE ME A BRAKE.     Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall good to excellent phone/device Note 3 is an excellent phone. It handles daily tasks with ease and calls are clear. Battery needs a little management (wifi/bluetooth/screen brightness) to ensure full day medium use but can be swapped out with a spare. The phone has many features which you need to figure out how to optimize which is good if you like that. Only negative is that the phone gets uncomfortably warm at times and needs to be restarted. In addition, the charge cord just stopped working and is only covered with a 90-day warranty by T-Mobile??? Overall, I have had a positive experience with the phablet and although it hasn't replaced larger screen devices, it is a good device for the on the go person. September 5, 2014

    Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

    Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

    EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

    The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

    Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

    Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

    You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

    Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
