Rated 5 out of 5 by Best phone I've ever had...period. Battery life is outstanding, screen is beautiful, upgradable memory, etc. This thing is a slam dunk. So many more productivity tools than any other phone its ridiculous. Had iPhones for 5 years and mad at myself for not switching earlier. Synching contacts, calendar, music, etc is a breeze. You will never again be one of those sheep in the airport looking for an electrical outlet either. You will not be disappointed. October 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST PHONE EVER!!!!! :) I lovvveeeee my note 3 so very much I wouldn't give it up for anything, I think I have abandon my computer tho lol. Really great battery life while having wifi on or 4g lte on but even better with it off I can go a full 9 hr shift at work and still have about 70-75% left. And the features just make it sooooo much worth having, especially the s pen. And I don't use a sd card in my phone and I have 2,400+ pics, 15 videos, and 27 additional apps besides the ones that already come on the phone and it still have lots of space left. Service is also the best I've been with tmobile for 9 years and will NOT switch providers ever. October 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love this phone. I love this phone. I can trade it in. The battery last me all day and night. It isn't slow I had the phone for a long time now. And no problems what's so ever. Amazing phone October 10, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect in so many ways I've owned my note 3 now for about 7 months now, and I have to say it is going to be really difficult to give up. I pre-ordered the note 4, and am almost hesitant to "upgrade". This phone is fast, fun, user friendly, customizable, reliable, and packed full of work related functionality. I've owned Galaxy Note(s) from the 2 going on up, and I'm going to miss my 3 very much. I will however; note that if you have this phone, it is vital to use a case. Samsung neglected to pair their phones with a frame that makes sense - protecting the glass from shattering. Prior to this phone - I have broken SEVERAL others, the screens shatter so easily it is almost remarkable. It looks as though samsung saw this flaw- and not only made the note 4 with a metal body, but also put a very small gap between the glass and the frame. This allows for more major drops to be made without immediately destroying the display. BRAVO!! If this phone was even just 2mm thicker and had an *even longer* battery life, I'd be really happy. Phones now a-days are almost too thin, and holding them is uncomfortable in my hands. Having a case helps with this though. October 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth the price! I initially went into the store to purchase the S5, but when I saw this phone, which the salesman had, it was LOVE AT 1ST SIGHT! I print pics as well as documents wirelessly from this phone. the large screen is great for watching movies and for those with impaired vision. I still have not used and mastered all of the many benefits of this device. Hands down, this is the best phone I've ever had the pleasure of owning. This is a costly device, but it is no less than a computer, in fact I use my laptop less since buying this device, and you know the ole saying "you get what you pay for" October 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding Cell Phone Not often that the product actually lives up to its promotiinals, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 does and even exceeds them ! October 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best phone out there I've had this phone since March or April, and before that I has the Note 2. Both are great phones, and Samsung has really stepped up their games with smartphones. My sister has the Note 2 and we are both upgrading to the note 4. I love the features of this phone, and the camera is amazing. The settings and some of the samsung apps can be confusing to use and learning how to use all the features and hidden surprises takes time, but its worth is. I'm still learning how to use all of them on my note 3 now. This is really a great phone for anyone from the Novice to the extreme expert. It really is the only phone you'll ever need. If you want a great smartphone that's one of the top high end phones, get the note 3 or 4 because they will definitely not disappoint. I still get people asking me if my phone is a phone, but there are bigger phones out there, and the 5.7in screen is a perfect size for me and for a phablet like the Note. The only issues I have with this phone and androids in general is they are prone to viruses, and the batteries can get quite hot with use over time. Also, some of the samsung apps aren't very useful and the screen sometimes gets a little lagged and the browser slows down with multi use of apps or windows--and the viruses as well. I would like to see more virus protection that just isn't trying to dip into your pocketbook and screw up your phone more, because the battery life in the note series of phones blows most other phones out of the water and they just keep getting better with features and battery life. I would also like to see an improvement in the speaker sound level and placement. I use my phone when I am in the shower and it drowned out by the water noise. I use my phone for EVERYTHING! except for doing school work. I check e mails, Facebook, I use pandora all the time and play games. I also watch a lot of videos on youtube and random videos when I am out and about. This is really a very versatile phone, and I am very glad I got it. I take it everywhere and it never disappoints. I would like to see some better cases for it though as I have dropped it a few times. It has some very minor cosmetic damage around the edges, but is a very durable phone. Get the NOTE 3 if you don't care about the latest and greatest technology, or pre order the note 4 or wait for the EDGE because it is totally worth it. Again, I am a power user and a multi tasker(on my phone) so this is the only phone I'll ever get. I am forever samsung faithful and true. September 30, 2014

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
