Rated 5 out of 5 by The Best Note Yet!!!!!!!!!! Love Samsung Phones!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had Samsung phones ever sine the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket. Once I got the first Note I fell in love with it. Love how big the screen was and everything about it and then the Note 2 came out and I wanted it so bad since they increase the screen size. I had that for awhile and then switched to the S4 cause I wanted all the features that came with it. After awhile and a good 6 months after the Note 3 came out, I went out and got it. I missed the screen size and the resolution of the screen is just incredible!!! The S-Pen can do even more then it could do with the Note 2. I love how thin the phone got, pretty impressive how they can get a phone so thin and so big and the battery can handle it completely. Now if your running like 7 apps at a time and have like 5 tabs on the internet and playing music then your battery isn't gunna last ever long, but for me my using the phone a good bit and at the end of the day I have about 65% left. This phone is the best smartphone out there in my opinion. I hope people who don't like big screens can just have it for one day and I'm sure it will change there minds! July 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it!!! I have had all three notes.. And each one keeps getting better and better. I really love the battery life on this one. With heavy usage I can get a day on my battery. It is quick and responds well. And I really love the SPen. Having health issues that sometimes cause my hands to become stiff and not work well- this pen really , really makes a difference for me. I can just grasp it and roll. I really love the way this one is designed.. it is much better than the first:) Not planning on going anywhere soon--- I love my Note July 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by So versatile I can't live without it ! I have long been a Samsung Phone fan But the Galaxy Note III outdoes itself in usefulness for me. As a Handicapped person with a profound hearing loss and MS, I find it provides wonderful ways to input data and search for information when coordination fails in one way i know i can switch to voice, swipe, type, or write my messages saving me endless physical spasms; options which other cellphones on the market do not have. The screen is bright and crisp easy to navigate. Call quality and volume are excellent and It rarely drops calls. Internet access is lightening fast movies are actually easy to watch on this phablet. The S pen I find particularly useful for my trembling hands. Initially the first Galaxy note III I purchased had some quirks and I had to return the first one but T-Mobile took care of it right away with no hassles. This is one power packed phone not only great for power users but a wonderful option for those with handicaps, hearing impairments and for seniors with fading vision and coordination. It is big but still fits in your pocket and it is amazing how quickly you get used to it's size, that soon you don't even notice how big it is. In this case big is better. My only squabble is I wish Samsung would get rid of those green emoticons which you can barely make out what they mean. It kills the fun of texting friends and family. My other wish would be a bit more sound boost for the speaker phone and for watching videos. Closed caption abilities would be awesome, a dream come true. There is a wonderful niche for this phablet and I pray Samsung never discontinues this line of Galaxy Note products. For me now wheelchair bound, it allows me to keep in touch with the world, friends and family. My whole family uses Samsung phones, and my 78 year old Mother who never wanted to touch a cell phone uses her Galaxy Note and she loves it so much that we can hardly get her off the internet and THAT is wonderful! It keeps her mind sharp as she continues to learn new things online and we are delighted to see her so happy. Thank You Samsung for a wonderful product. Please continue this line of Galaxy Note not only for Mainstream buyers but especially for those of us who are physically challenged or those getting on in years. The Galaxy note gets a 10+ from me. Kudos! July 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by I have had this phone for 3 months and have had to exchange it 2 times already. The phone has constant errors ranging from not being able to use the playstore all the way up to the phone freezing and hanging up on itself when trying to make calls. I have gone through 3 weeks of troubleshooting and for nothing. This phone is unreliable and would be better off as a paper weight. July 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by note 3 i like this phone it work well with me and my kids. love the phone July 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Has been a very good phone I have had this phone for about 6 months now. I went from the note 2 to this one and the differences were not so incredible but I still love this phone. However, I do have some issues with wifi not connecting when I tell it to, wifi calling not working the way it should. Internet running supper slow at times on wifi and on network. And then the network quality for my area on tmobile is no better on this phone than any other and it drops calls constantly. I am not saying that is the phones fault but still very annoying. The screen is beautiful and takes amazing pictures and video. The call and speaker quality are good, and depending on how you use and take care of your phone (like letting things run in the back ground) your battery will last a very long time. After the new update I have noticed some bugs but they have not made to much of a difference and that is not the phones fault. Over all a beautiful device and very easy to use. July 2, 2014

Yes. You once your phone is paid off, it’s paid off. From that point on you will only pay be billed for the T-Mobile rate plan, and services, or features you’ve chosen.

When your new phone arrives simply follow the manufacturer’s set-up procedure and start using it. If you purchased a new T-Mobile SIM card to use in your own device, you will need to insert the new card and then you are good to go.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

To find out if you’re eligible for a rebate or a promotion all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.

    Get started

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. When you group phones into a family plan when purchasing on, you must either pay for all of them up front, or over time.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

You must purchase insurance within the first 14 days of buying a new device. To learn more about Premium Handset Protection Insurance or to learn about our other bundled features simply follow the link.

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
