    Rated 5 out of 5 by Great phone Very durable. This phone is great. It has a long lasting battery and it charges quickly also. I've had a lot of phones and this one seems to be the most durable. It's not the most fancy but it works. Do yourself a favor and get this phone. There are not a lot of phones out there that I would recommend. This is definitely one that you need to have. Ill be in the middle of a call and it just drops but it says i have service, look at my phone and its on the solitaire game i have installed. I have a new car with bluetooth, this phone will not connect some times. it works amazingly 79% of the time but ill be in the middle of a song on my phone, not one on the internet like you tube or pandora but a song thats saved to my phone, itll just disconnect and restart, it happens once a week. The phone is good for the price but i would prefer to have my note 5 back June 22, 2016

This phone is a beast, it is so great that for the first time ever, I've been eligible for a Jump! upgrade for the last 3 months, and I'm still reluctant to trade in this phone for any of the newer options, whether it is the new G5 or the HTC 10 or even the Galaxy S7 edge, IMHO, this LG V10 is still a much better choice over the last mentioned devices, at a very reasonable price also. The only problem now, is that after the recent update to Android 6.0 pushed out by T-Mobile, the phone gained nice newer features, but it lost the battery life, this update literally drains your battery in less than 6 hours (of moderate to light use# and it keeps your pocket warm at all times cause even if you're not using the phone, the device it's constantly generating heat like if it was constantly being used to play games heavily. All this started after the update. I know that this is corrected on the version 6.0.1 because i have the new LG Tablet also from T-Mobile, but this one comes with the software 6.0.1, and the tablet with all the same apps installed and running in the background, it only consumes like ~2% of the battery #in standby) every like 8-10 hours. How awesome it is to unplug a 100% charged device, and come back 10 hours later and still have 98% of the battery left?. So please T-Mobile, help your costumers and keep them happy by simply updating the LG V10 to Marshmallow 6.0.1, and save some money by avoiding unnecessary returns and warranty claims for something that can be fixed with a simple update.     Rated 4 out of 5 by Battery life, volume, and gps location I've had my phone for 3 months it's cool for the most part. My main issues are when using ear buds after a while the volume automatically turns down on it own. The only way to solve it is to disconnect ear buds. For some reason my gps doesn't recognize that my location is on so obviously gps won't work. The battery drains so fast it's crazy. The camera is great. Love the smart settings. I hope they can resolve the issues I'm having when I take it into the store. If and when they're fixed this phone will be AWESOME!!!! June 18, 2016
    Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent flagship phablet smartphone I got this phone for my son, who is very into video editing and wanted this phone for the video editing features. It is exactly what he expected and is very happy with it. The 64GB of internal memory (and ability to put in up to a 2TB micro SD card) is a huge plus. Unlike my LG G Stylo, the GPS on this is the best I have ever seen on any smartphone, I was getting a solid lock in the middle of the first floor of a 7 story building far away from any windows. The large "mini tablet" screen is great too. On the other hand, battery life, while adequate, is not as good as on my phone. The one minor knock I have on this phone is it has a tendency to overheat, especially after intense gaming or a long video recording session. My son had this problem the first time he had the video recorder running for more than 15 minutes and then tried the next day and had the same problem. TMobile replaced it with a new unit and while it still gets a bit hot, it is nowhere near as severe as with the first unit. June 17, 2016
    Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost perfect This phone kills my old Note 3 without breaking a sweat. Even though the V10 has the older SD 808 SoC, it can step toe to toe with an 810 for longer. The second screen is really quite useful albeit it may not seem that way initially. I have a 64GB card with the Internal 64GB along side it. SO storage is thankfully not ever or ever will be an issue. RAM management could be better though. June 12, 2016

    Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

    EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

    The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

    Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

    You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

    Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
