Rated 5 out of 5 by This is heaven for me... Coming from the ultra slow, lagging alcatel one touch fierce this is heaven for me. Cute pre installed themes....no buggy screen. I love how fluid this phone is. It also has plenty of space on it. I would say it's almost like an upgraded version of the lg f6. Compared to the alcatel phone camera this is great! However, I don't think it can compare to the higher end phone camera's but it's still pretty good regardless. I'm in love with this phone! July 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Phone, Great Colors,Great Features I got this phone six days ago land I absolutely love it! It is a great quality for the price. I LOVE the feature that allows you to view and respond to text while still viewing your apps. It has a great display and the camera takes even better pictures than the Samsung Galaxy S2! The only thing I would fix about this phone is the front facing camera. It is very grainy so I recommend practicing using the timer feature on the front camera to take selfie type photographs. Overall this is THE best T-Mobile phone in its price range and definitely worth it for anyone who is looking for a great smartphone with out the expensive prices. July 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by OMG THIS IS GREAT! I've had this for 2 days, and it has been an awesome phone! The quad Core processor in it handles games like a boss, its better than my iPod (Apple A4 900 MHz, single core) The flash on the camera is Awesome, very great pictures, awesome interface July 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by High end quality Great phone for the price does everything the g2 and g3 does but for way less July 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Phone EVER. My dead BlackBerry is a better phone than this piece of junk. My dog is a better phone than this piece of junk. Everyone tells me how great this phone is, and how nobody else is having any problems with it, but I am now on my 4th warranty exchange and each time I've had the same problems (plus a few surprise issues). Where do I begin? 1. Random opening of apps. I close whatever app I'm using when I'm done and suddenly an app pops up that I haven't even used in three days. (No, it isn't running in the background. I frequently clear out the task manager.) 2. Random closing of apps. Well this one seems obvious. I want to read my email. Stop closing it on me. 3. Lock screen swipe code. I didn't lift my finger before finishing the code. Why must you tell me that I entered the wrong code? Oh, it's because you only registered the first two dots. Or maybe you only caught the middle two. Yeah, I keep the screen clean, and my hands are clean, so what gives? 4. Swipe to text. That's a joke. See reason #3. 5. Dropped calls. I use WiFi calling. If I step more than 3 feet away from my router, the call drops. Which leads me to 6. Battery life. Using WiFi drains the battery. Within two hours of taking the phone off the charger, fully charged, I have 68% battery left (or less). 7. GPS/Location. Location on also drains the battery. I use my Navigation to get me to my customers. I often lose the signal and have to pull over and restart the whole thing over again, which usually results in issue #1 happening. 8. Repeatedly opening the same webpage. I've already seen that Youtube video, thanks. I've closed that page and deleted the browsing history. I've moved on, and so should you. 9. Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn't. I've had the phone in my hand and had it go straight to voicemail without ever ringing or vibrating, and no, the ringer is not switched off. 10. Quiet Time. I have it set to come on at 10 pm and turn off at 6 am. I don't recall selecting the "if you feel like it" button. This has to be done manually. Every. Single. Night. 11. I am self-employed and use my phone for work and it has caused me to miss two conference call meetings and I have lost business because of it. I could totally go on, but I think you get the point here. I'm shocked to see so many good reviews of this phone. I'm thankful that the folks at my local T-Mobile store have seen these problems in action, so they don't think I'm making it all up, but honestly, how can I be the only one getting the problem child sent to me with every warranty exchange? I didn't even want to give this phone the one star. July 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Extremely impressed by this phone When I bought it I wasn't expecting anything special because it's a mid-range smartphone. I simply bought it as a backup phone. After using it for a few days, I decided to make it my primary phone. The phone really has no weaknesses except the camera and the average screen resolution. I would recommend this phone to pretty much everyone. People with high end smartphones could use it as a backup and it could also be used as a primary phone as well if you don't mind the poor camera quality. I've even played graphic intensive games on it without the phone lagging which is really impressive. The size of it is absolutely perfect also. A 4.7 inch screen is the ideal screen size for a smartphone in my opinion. July 22, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This is a great phone for the price! Sometimes it is all about timing. This phone came to me after bad experiences with the Samsung Note 2 and the HTC Slide. The LG L90 is fast, easy to use, performs perfectly. It is also the right size....smaller than the huge (awkard) Samsung and larger and performs circles around the HTC My Slide. I have over 2000 contacts on my phone and they are easier to access than the Note or Htc. I love the phone...it is perfect for me at this time. July 21, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Cannot move apps to sd card. Bought L90 in good faith. After spending many, many hours trying to move stuff, I find out you can't. Nasty surprise. July 21, 2014

Yes. You once your phone is paid off, it’s paid off. From that point on you will only pay be billed for the T-Mobile rate plan, and services, or features you’ve chosen.

When your new phone arrives simply follow the manufacturer’s set-up procedure and start using it. If you purchased a new T-Mobile SIM card to use in your own device, you will need to insert the new card and then you are good to go.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

To find out if you’re eligible for a rebate or a promotion all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.

    Get started

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. When you group phones into a family plan when purchasing on T-Mobile.com, you must either pay for all of them up front, or over time.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

You must purchase insurance within the first 14 days of buying a new device. To learn more about Premium Handset Protection Insurance or to learn about our other bundled features simply follow the link.

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
